Good solid design, another 1/16" wider opening on the jaws and this would fit the Quest well. You can force the jaws over the rack rails and it will work.Added to that the clamps to hold the canoe and it held it down very very solidly.There is a flip up plastic part on the end I don't understand the purpose of though.Also, arrived dented in shipping and I had to grid the part that was dented to make it fit - but I expect that to be the shippers fault.I expect many years of great service out if these.

The quality of the product is not that great. I like the product because it is reasonably priced as per the quality. The locks don't lock. The mechanism by which the cross bar get tightened on the car rails, that mechanism is not perfectly made. On one of my cross bar the rubber that runs, did not run completely. Thus, there is a possibility of rain and dust accumulating in one of my cross bars.

I use these crossbars on my Durango to carry a kayak (and other stuff). After a year the mechanism that attaches them onto the roof side braces broke (cheap plastic instead of metal) on two of the four attachment points. I still use the rack, but have to use zip ties or rope to hold it in place. Not very impressed.

Good product delivered without any issues. It was a little hard to assemble it since the feet to bar interface is tight but some gentle pounding got everything in line. I have only mounted them on the rails and have not used them yet so we will see how things go.

This rack pulled off my car rails as I was driving, it was well secured and installed - could have been a huge accident which I would have been responsible for - luckily folks on freeway were able to avoid. Do not purchase.

I was a little apprehensive about these at first but thought it was worth a try. I have been very happy with them. They fit my Kia Sedona perfectly and they make it look good. My word of caution is to make sure the rubber grippers are secure before putting them on your car. If they fall off, they will scratch your car. I learned that the hard way. Either than that I highly recommend.

Good for the price. Definitely feels cheap. Good for temporary use, but I'm not sure I would leave them on all the time. Works fine for me since I only install them to carry kayaks. Overall I'm satisfied with the purchase.

These things whistle like crazy from the wind. Turn up music or deal with it. $50 vs several hundred still a great option. Very secure with my Thule brand box

Fits on my 2019 Subaru Forester even though it said it would not. The profile of the clamps seemed to match up to the roof rails so I gave it a try.The Good- easy to assemble and install- able to carry lumber and such with no problem (up to 175 lbs). Being aluminum, I had to be careful not to over tighten the straps that held the lumber- good value for the priceThe not so good- one of the clamps was damaged (paint only) in transit because packaging was insufficient- one of the top strips was short by about 3/4" (quality control issue). In the long term, worried about excess water getting to the locking mechanism. Probably won't be driving with it in the rain.- started noticing a high pitch noise from wind at about 30 kph. More noticeable at over 100 kph but more than bearable. I eliminated it my putting aluminum foil tape over the channel at the bottom of the rail. Spec-D, it should be a no-brainer to add a filler strip in the lower channel to add quality and customer satisfaction to your product.

FLAT OUT LIE when selecting which car it will fit, and when I finally went to use it, it did not fit at all!! When I tried to send it back, it got returned to me as undeliverable and now it is after the return date so I am stuck with this piece of shit that is completely useless to me. Good luck!! haha

Fit so well it almost seems tailor-made instead of universal. It's sturdy, easy to assemble. Clamps gripped the OEM rails quite well. Designing the tightening mechanism into the end caps is very convenient since they will always be on hand if you need to remove or adjust the bars. The bars do whistle at speed... I'll have to try one of the fixes for that mentioned by other reviewers. Happy with this purchase.

The bars are good quality but the end caps are made of really cheap plastic. The lock cores as well come out really easy which i can imagine in really cold weather would be a pain trying to lock them. The caps once fitted on the bars also become VERY VERY difficult to remove in the event you want to remove them or make adjustments. Overall they fit my 06 Odyssey great but like i mentioned in the title, if you are looking for cross bars on a budget this is a decent set but you get what you paid for. Don't expect OEM quality.

They for my vehicle (Nissan Rogue) which is good. BUT, they are hollow and they are very noisy, ever since I installed them I can hear the wind whistling through them, it’s loud and annoying. They have a rubber runner along the top that did not extend the whole length on all of them and the end where the keys go in are easy to break trying to get them in. I am not very happy with the quality.
