My daughter has Mixed Expressive Receptive Disorder, and this made learning her times table a BREEZE!!

Our 8 year old struggled to learn her multiplication tables. With these stories she learned them in a day. Every public school teacher should be using these. They are, in our 8 year old's words, "Extraordinary."

We returned. I do like the idea of imagery to help remember concepts but my kids did not respond to it. They are probably too old for the concept of this. (2nd and 4th) it is just a one line story and then they have to write the story back and answer a couple questions about the story to learn it. It is all black and white. They said it was boring. we ended up getting multiplication facts that stick. Which is different bc it doesn’t use imagery but has daily games and sheets to do, and builds on each day. We like that much better.

Worked beautifully for my 9 year old daughter, who has been diagnose during with dyslexia. She has a terrific short-term memory, but has been forgetting math facts after a couple weeks...they don’t stick. She has not forgotten a single one of these stories, focused on the more difficult multiplication facts. Thank God for these wonderfully adapted characters!

This DVD is so helpful for anyone who has difficulty remembering their multiplication tables. My 6 yo knows many of his multiplication facts now and I bought this for my 9yo.

This product is awesome, especially for a student with dyslexia. Makes learning Times tables easier and fun with associated stories.

Fun book, it helps the kids with their multiplication facts, but it’s kinda fussy and maybe a too wordy for retention.
