VIVOHOME 40 Inch Foldable Fitness Trampoline with Adjustable Handle, Exercise Bungee Mini Rebounder for Adults Kids, Max Load 330lbs

DID NOT COME WITH ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS!When I took all the trampoline pieces out of the box I leave them on the floor to get organized and get a good look at everything. I also looked for the instruction manual but all I had in the box was a single piece of paper. The single piece of paper was printed as though it was the beginning of an actual instruction manual and it even had a table of contents printed on it showing what should’ve been 12 pages of information, but you can see in the photo I included it’s just a single piece of paper with printing on both sides but none of The printing was the assembly instructions.UGH.I looked again at all of the pieces that this came with and leave them all out and it seemed like all pieces were probably included so I said about to try to put this together on my own.I did go online first to try to possibly find assembly instructions on the Internet but there was no such luck. The “vivohome.com” website did not list any information about trampolines at all. I did not find any website that talked about assembly of this exact trampoline either. All I found were listings of it for sale such as the listing here on Amazon, and one YouTube video that was 50 seconds long and did not have any words spoken. It just quickly showed someone unfolding the trampoline and using it. So I watched the 50 second YouTube video several times and paused it to try to get a better look at the trampoline when fully assembled. Then I set about trying to assemble it myself doing what I thought made sense. It took a little bit of trial and error to figure out what was the smartest thing to put together first, second, third etc.In the end I think I got everything put together correctly and I’ve been jumping on it for a few minutes and it seems to be pretty stable. If anything changes over the next few months of use I will be sure to come back and give an update.But in the meantime I will try to post some helpful photos here in my review that might help anyone else who gets the same trampoline and doesn’t have any instructions for it.

I have osteoporosis and kept reading about how rebounding was good for improving bones. The price was good (really, it is); it was fairly easy to put together; and, it is very sturdy. But the best news is, it’s fun! I wish the bar could be removed easily so I could scoot it under the bed but that would be my only suggestion.

I have a lot of fitness equipment gathering dust, and I was worried that this purchase would face the same fate. However, this little trampoline is so much fun to use! I've been using it as a way to get my heart rate up before starting a strength workout, and I often spend more time on it than I intended because it's genuinely fun (especially if put your favorite songs on and flail away). It's also great to wake your body up in the morning when you're feeling stiff. The trampoline itself was very easy to put together, and it feels sturdy so far. After a couple of uses, I decided to remove the handle because I wasn't using it, and the trampoline is just as stable without it. Very happy I took a chance on this trampoline!

I love this little trampoline. It is sturdy and fun to use. It helps me get in some extra movement during the day and has been really really great on days when it's too cold or rainy to go outside comfortably and exercise. I like to put on some music and just enjoy myself - highly recommended. My only issue was that is was a little hard to get the handle bar on. Lining up the posts and the pins which adjust the height was difficult to get right. I am glad I have it though, as I can sometimes lose balance and it gives me extra stability.

I didn’t think this would give me much of a work out ......I was wrong.My sister is a quadriplegic and she uses a rebounder.She gets lowered down to the mat and has her husband push her shoulders down softly where she will bounce and they will keep this up for 15 minutes a day.My thought was well if she can do it so can I!It went together easily, I had a little problem with the foam handle, but I figured it out.I do suggest watching the U tube video for beginners before you start. First time on it 6 minutes and my calves were burning.I don’t know if this makes a difference but my quadriplegic sister is 78, I am 72, and I ordered one for my other sister 76, and we all love ours.

I'm pretty mechanical but I'd say a layman could figure it out by directions as far as assembly goes. As far as performance, it does loosen up with usage. I'm no petite lady but it seems to hold up. It make getting some movement in not a total pain. It's kind of fun and stress relieving. A good mindless activity while watching TV. I'm sure there are more intense excersies that can be done, but I've noticed it really helps with swollen ankles I get after sitting all day at work, just after 15-20 min of bouncing.

I like it.

For the price I don't think you can beat this little trampoline. I am trying to build a little mini gym for my 13 year old and he loves this. It's noisy and not as sturdy and I'd hoped. The manufacturer could have simply improved alot of this by making holes in 2 of the legs so the bar would be stabilized better.

The ad states that it has a 330 lb weight capacity but the user manual states 250 lbs. Also, it is only really portable if one completely disassembles it. My washing machine is portable if I completely disassemble it and move it so..... We will keep it for the kids to use but beware of the bait and switch false advertising. Kids do really enjoy it so I hope it holds up and lasts.

Unfortunately, while assembling this trampoline one of the springs was not attached to the frame and a part was missing. I was not impressed, as this was the 2nd trampoline I would have to return though a different company. I was following Amazon's directives. If all parts were to have been installed, I would have had a much better experience and the trampoline would have been just fine.

FANTASTIC PRODUCT. Perfect for our two kids (4-12) and us adults have been using it too and loving it! Uber sturdy, which I like.

Purchased this trampoline for my 10 year old son. Sets up easily, comes with a carry bag for when you take it down and store it. Folds down easily for storage. Very sturdy and also works for the adults in the house.
