I love these hiking boots
Size was great, excellent fit. They looked just as I expected. This is my second pair of Vasquez, and the ankle support is terrific. These were on sale, so it was great value. These will be my life-long footwear.

Most comfortable and durable hiking boot ever!
I love VASQUE hiking boots. My last pair lasted 15 years! I’m hoping these new ones are as durable and high-quality as my last pair. If you want hiking boots that you can wear comfortably from day one with no break in these are the boots for you

Good boot but the top lace notches are a little close
I have worn these boots for a little over 6 months now. I've worn them from hiking in the desert around Las Vegas to alpine lakes in Wyoming and everything in between. They are waterproof and they fit very well out of the box. They have held up well and the sole and stiching is all still in great shape. I only have a couple minute complaints about this model is specific.1. The notches at the top you put your laces through when you leave them all the way up are way too close together when you tighen the boot up. Like almost touching. This will cause the laces to sometimes some off if you leave slack in them to start your tying. Kinda annoying but not a deal breaker as they stay laced even in very rough terrain. I'm using the stock laces as well. Aftermarket ones might be better? Still wouldn't change the fact the notches come really close together.2. The boot is not insulated AT ALL. Several times I'd thought they were compromised while walking through cold wet grass thinking my socks were soaked only to find that they were just very cold and not wet. My next pair will be insulated but that's really something you should buy more toward what and where you plan to use the boots at.When I'm not out exploring in these boots I'm wearing them almost everyday working on concrete floors. They hold up well and with the right insoles will treat your feet right.Over all I like vasque and I'll be trying a few of their other boots as well.

Perfect Fit, High Quality Soles
I am an avid trail hiker. My experience with Vasque has been excellent, most especially because the cut of their boots contours to my feet perfectly. I like Merrell boots also, but find their toe width slightly wider than ideal for me. Another good feature of these Vasque boots is that they have all-leather toes, instead of webbing, which makes for a more rigid fit, which is important on steep, uneven terrain, where you don't want your foot to move inside your boot, even slightly. Additionally, the Vibram soles are the best you can buy and offer unexcelled traction.Overall, an excellent product at a good price.

Quality hiking boots
These stylish Vasque hiking shoes for moderate to difficult trails are perfect, waterproof, and made of natural and advanced materials. They are a great fit and fairly stiff for steeper terrain, yet not too expensive.

Very flexible
I've owned Vasque boots for decades and think quality has declined as production has moved from Italy to other places. That said, my hiking has gone from going to the tops of mountains to going around them. These boots will be adequate for an upcoming hike trip to central Italy.Pros - lightweight and flexible - well suited to hikes on paths with few rocks and other obstaclesCons - lightweight and flexible - not suited to a rugged mountain hike or backpackingThe insoles are terrible. If you want good support, you'll need to spend another $50 for a decent insole which is what I did. I think next time I'll be buying Keen which comes with a decent insole.

Comfortable out of the box - True to size
I would break these in before a long hike, I use them for work, and am on cement all day, they are comfortable, I am loyal to Lowa, but theses come in top of my list also, and last longer on the cement floors then my Lowas.
