A: No.  This product is intended to be swallowed whole.  It tastes pretty bad if you try to dissolve this one under your tongue.

A: The Melatonin 1mg Tablets (B2832) do not contain sorbitol.

**Q: Is this brand synthetic or extracted from animal brains?**
A: Hahaha I got quite a kick out of this. Whew. Glad it’s not the animal brain-derived melatonin!
