Outstanding quality plants.
These were delivered fast and packaged extremely well. Such beautiful and healthy plants! Perfect plant pot and perfect amount of soil included! Wish I had a bigger pond to buy more! Very happy!

Arrived battered but recovered well
Arrived somewhat battered and etoilated (the yellowing probably due to the long time they spent in a dark packet in the post after being dispatched). However, they did survive and now- a couple of months on- they are thriving.I think sending them as bare roots- I.e. without the soil, as this vendor does, is a bit unsatisfactory, too. Plants should come with a bare minimum of soil- almost all vendors do this by default and it's not too much to ask. That said, they are doing OK now, so...

Very Poor Customer Service
I purchased 2 water lollies last August and to the letter, followed the enclosed instructions before placing both in my pond. Unfortunately, only one lily started to put out lily pads. The other did not. When I retrieved the second lily it had not taken root. See pic. I contacted Lincolnshire Pond Plants requesting a replacement. Their response initially was I should have reported the the matter on receipt of the plant with a photo. I did ask how was I to know it wouldn't bloom come the Spring? I gave them a second chance to redeem their custom service and send me a replacement lily. I didn't even request a refund. Their second excuse not to replace the plant was due to the 'environment ' the plant was put in ie a pond. Lincolnshire Pond Plants what would have cost you to have kept a customer happy? A couple of £s. A customer who had spent money with you previously but not again.
