Better than expected considering reviews i read...
I've only had my puzzle board a couple of days but so far I'm very happy with it... though i will update my review if need be... it took awhile to get here which was understandable since it is shipped internationally, however, it came sooner than the expected date so that helped. It feels sturdy and was in great condition when it arrived. I did take away 1 star for not being able to track my package which i like to do in case my local usps loses my package (which they've done before) and be able to handle it quickly. The seller was very responsive and quick to hit me up after every reply when considering any issues i had with my order and i was very appreciative of that. I will mention that the velcro is extremely strong that my husband had to help me open it a few times but it gets a bit easier once you figure out system, mind you, that's not a complaint, just something to consider. All in all, it's not a bad puzzle board. I still find it a bit pricey but atleast you're not paying for garbage...

Not so great
I received this as a gift 12/2019. Initially, I loved it! I used it weekly on my dining room table until 05/2020. It got put away until 12/2020. It was stored standing in the back of my closet and was not touched or moved for 6 months. Environment conditions were neither wet or overly dry. Just a normal household atmosphere. When I retrieved it to start puzzling again, I was unhappy to discover that the exterior cloth had come detached. What ever the material is that gives it sturdiness, appears to be crumbling and/or breaking apart. I have not dissected this to see what the real underlying issue is because it still serves it's purpose as a work surface for puzzles. That's about it. Whatever the material is that it is made from, isn't made to last. For portability, I return to my 38 year cardboard puzzle caddy that still holds its shape.
