Earthborn Elements Magnesium Oxide, 200 Capsules, Pure & Undiluted, No Additives

One a day does the trick although it took 2 days to start. I told my gastroenterologist that I did not want anymore prescriptions and I found this product after an internet search recommended magnesium oxide as a natural solution. To my surprise it is working and my doctor was all smiles. I asked if it was safe and he said, "everybody needs more magnesium."

Really happy with this magnesium brand and formula. Regularity is the spice of life!

This magnesium seems to work pretty well and doesn't give me any digestive upset like other magnesium tablets have. Also I like that it has no palm or coconut-based ingredients, as I have a sensitivity to those things and it's difficult to find a supplement without them.

I used this product as a laxative. My neurologist prescribe this product type for me since I take lots of medicines for migraines that slow my colon down. I have tried many types but this one was my favorite and worked the best.

Surprisingly cheap and the mayo clinic says this form of magnesium is best for migraines, I believe I've ordered it 3-4 times now😎

Never again! This was my third order of this product, but it is my last. The first two jars worked great and tasted like they were supposed to. In fact, I left a five-star review. This time was different, and not in a good way.First, I thought I was buying a two-pack of this because right below the item description, there was a "bundle pack" that looked exactly like two jars of this product.It was a better price, so I clicked and bought it, and it wasn't until I received the package and poured out the capsule on my tongue (my usual way of taking it) that I realized it wasn't mag oxide. I looked at the jar again (it looks exactly like the mag oxide jar) and it said Vit C, which I can't take because it makes me break out in a rash.So I was going to return it, but discovered it was non-returnable. Later, I tried a capsule of the mag oxide, and it tasted like soap or talcum powder. Again, I've been using this product for five years, so I know what it's supposed to taste like. It was out of stock for a couple of months, so maybe the seller got a different supplier or something, but there's no way I'm going to take this soap-tasting powder when there are many other options for mag oxide. And I abhor throwing almost 25 bucks down the toilet, especially when there was some deception involved.
