Returned as was very dirty and soiled even though it was in packagings
Didn't use the item to test it as was soiled and dirty when arrived and smelt bad....maybe liquid got into the packet and ruined the item in the storage facility.....not fit for purpose...when arrived...

Arrived in terrible condition!!!
Absolutely disgusted with this order. The fact that it needed to be cleaned before using it, has screws that were rusty and the legs had warped with being stored somewhere wet/damp is disgraceful. We bought this to help our daughter who is having an operation for her hip displaysia and she was very upset to see the state of it. We expected to be able to take it out of the box and use it straight away. Not have to take over half an hour wiping it all over. Very disappointing, please get in touch!
