Can I hang this sideways? will it look odd? I am thinking for trains / cars for child's room

This item does not come with any hanging features, that is it does not have any holes or wires or other mechanism for hanging. Accordingly, you would need to attach your own instruments for hanging. I don’t see why you couldn’t hang it sideways if that was your preference.

Can you tell me what size the individual compartments are (both small and tall) please?
