I'm very fair and freckly and burn easily and have used dozens of sunscreens throughout my life. Many smell nasty, sting, sweat off, and don't work well. Not my Zinka! A tiny dab provides strong coverage and it stays all day. The little tube fits easily in my pocket or fanny pack so I'm more likely to use it, too. All win!

I use this product when I fish from my boat all day. I purchased this product because I know of a couple of people who have lost there entire noses to skin cancer. I know a few others that have had skin graphs from other body areas to reconstruct their noses (those are the lucky ones). Could you imagine losing your entire nose and having to go out in public, or finding a new girlfriend, or meeting your young grandchildren or neices/nephews for the first time without a nose? When you lose your nose, there is a cavity in your face and you must wear an adhesive bandage so people cannot see the inner workings of your sinus cavity? Not wonderful.Zinc nose sunblock is not as popular as it used to be in the 80`s. When I wear it, people tell me I got something on my nose or they ask me,"whats that stuff on your nose." Hopefully this stuff makes a big come back with the new generation.

OK~ I'll review this AGAIN....I loved it when I used it on my tattoo when I lived in Florida in the 80s... I wanted it when I started sunning again this year. I had been looking for it for years~but only by looking for 'zinc',my friend suggested "Nosecoat" and,BINGO! My search was over.Still great stuff,totally effective,easy to see where it's been applied. My tattoo STILL looks like it did when I got it in the 80s~kept it covered from the sun~ this stuff is the best!

Came off pretty easy but I’m in warm water with glasses on, not a fan of beeswax so I stopped using it. Went with a zink stick.

This product is simply a MUST HAVE!! Being out in the sun for any length of time can be absolutely brutal on your face particularly a nose. Have you ever noticed people or perhaps someone you know that has a nose that has obviously been ravaged by the sun over the years? Well that is what the sun does overtime. It is not pretty and there’s not much you can do about it when the damage is done.

Yeas, you’ll have a white nose until it washes off but it also is dermatologist recommended and WILL keep you from getting skin cancers if you use religiously when outdoors!Used to be able to buy this cheap at grocery and drug stores and now it has disappeared - interesting because it is great sun protection!

Bought some for me and kids as burn/ darken easily - even 50spf because of being in sun all day. Wanted to summers but also for carribean. Put on noses and cheeks - stays on during day of activity and watersports - reapplied 2x. Small tube but deceiving as unlike suntan lotion a little goes long way - using one tube for 3 of us during 5 day trip and looks like will go the distance and then some.Also used to cover up sun rash on one child.Good smooth consistency, solid color/good blocking. Getting more to have on hand.

This product was just what I wanted for my nose - a total sun block. I have been battling pre cancer on my nose. Always having something removed. This will help stop that. Sunscreen just isn't enough.
