I'm 5'10 185lbs, so average human. These fit great and work great. A lot cooler riding with them than wearing a long sleeve shirt.

I ordered this arm sleeve for protection from sun. I used it to cover my arms when I do my walking exercises and outdoor activities. I lived in the most sunny place in Southern California and I wanted to avoid the effect of the sun to my skin. This sleeves are well made and very comfortable. You don’t feel warm and tight. It’s very relaxing, it feels like you are wearing long sleeves that also add in style. II ordered another pairs in different color and this will be my must item whenever and wherever I do outside activities.

These are very nice Arm Sleeves great quality, comfortable an stretch to fix perfectly keeping your arms cool and protected from the sun.

UPDATE 9/22/21: After wearing these at least 3-4 nights a week for over a year consistently, the sleeves have made permanent bruises on my arms. For me L worse than the R. I've recently started trying to move them to a different spot on my arm but I'm still nervous about the long term aesthetic effect. I still have not changed my mind on how much they improved my sleep but now I wish they had maybe a wider band that didn't cause bruising. I've attached a pic, it's 6:50P, I haven't worn them at all today and this is what my arms look like.These sleeves are great. We are Black, my husband owns a lawn care business and these protect his arms from sunburn and keep him cool. His arms were breaking out from a heat rash before.I have big arms and I've self diagnosed myself with neuropathy (I'm a nurse) it causes my arms to go numb during the night no matter how I sleep. These make it so much better. The compression is perfect and when I wear these consistently at night I have nearly no pain or numbness. These have really been a lifesaver for me. I couldn't have imagined there would be such a difference. I can tell using the finger part helps but I dont want them noticeable under my clothes.The only downside is for me they roll down at the top. Make sure you stretch the material a little it'll help them go on easier.

Great product for the price. I'm a more heavy set guy. 5"10 and 260 lbs. I just wish they came in XL because I ordered the L and they're a bit tight around my biceps. I haven't went fishing with them yet but just trying them on I know my biceps will start to get sore after wearing these for longer periods if I'm just trying them on it was bothering me already. That is the only complaint though. Which really isn't a complaint because its just more of a lack of larger sizes Other than that if it fits you. You'll love them! Material has a cool feeling on your skin

sorry for the length and any typos you might have to fill in the blanks as I use voice dictation for this review and I'm not correcting all the mistakes as I'm too lazy.Honest none of these so-called some protection items such as arm sleeve head wrap palakava etc will protect you from the Sun by themselves in a single layer form. Here's a simple test to test how much so-called protection you may or may not get from an item -Try to loosely hold it up single layer as in looking from the inside to the outside and see how much daylight or artificial lighting comes through. I've yet to find a product where some light doesn't come through. I'm referring to synthetic fabrics here not thick cotton which of course does block at the expensive incredible heat trapping being a dead weight when wet if exercising etc. I do have a pair of synthetic wranglers but they're so thick and heavy duty that they are not breathable at all and are very hot. They do block out 100% light.These arm sleeves are stretchy in nature and if you were to look you would clearly see light pouring through. Maybe it blocks 10 to 25% of the light. So do not put them on and thank you again protection from the Sun and that pretty much goes for any of these arm sleeves. Maybe there's an expensive brand that has a much tighter weave but from my experience even name brand sun protection items can be just as bad as generic. My solution?I double up or triple up my upper bodyThese honestly go underneath at the very least one long sleeve Sun shirt. That's for the late afternoon if in the middle of the day, I wear two wet polyester sport long sleeve shirts on top of the arm sleeve. As the shirts evaporate they help keep me cool this has worked when the outside temperature feels like 90s with the Sun.Back to these arm sleevesThe negativesPurchase two pairs of these over the last several months as I commute by bike to work everyday in a hot Hawaiian climate. The first pair I was still use had I not flushed one down the toilet after washing it by hand in a bucket LOL. The second pair has a 50% failure rate. As in one of the sleeves started unraveling the moment I started using it and still is every time I put it on. It's literally unraveling until I pull off a thread but then it will unravel some more. The other sleeve does fine as does the one sleeve that I originally bought first.I bought the specifically for the thumb hole as that's the only way these things will stay up on top of my hand. I have another pair without thumb holes and they're useless.Inclusion out of two pairs, one out of the four total sleeves started unraveling from the moment of purchase. The other two sleeves have not shown any signs of unraveling. And the fourth item got flushed in the toilet by accident. I guess that should be a positive in that it did not clog up my toilet or sewer system as that was a couple months ago and no plumbing issues LOL.

I bought these just to cover a couple tattoos on my forearm they work perfectly for me. I ordered large and medium because I wasn’t sure which ones I’d like more I like the large versus the medium they don’t feel as tight but even the medium isn’t overly tight on me. I’ve enjoyed purchase so far and look forward to getting more down the road. also as a sidenote, the sheerness is very nice. It blends in with my uniform at work quite well. I can’t wait to see how the performances during the summer if I should have to wear it. Also, the stretch is not bad either stretching quite well to go where I need it to.

I love these after five minutes. I have ugly ugly marks on my arms from hand to elbows. When i go swimming I wear long sleeves shirts. Not much fun. These cover my arms from people eyeballing them. They arent contagious. I have had people grab my arm and ask what it is.These are a little tight at the top, gives me a muffin top. But it is a nothing problem The size comes on package. My next foray into "arm sleeves" will give me a better idea if sizes are on it.Thank you so much.

Muy ligeras para usarse todo el día si es necesario, cómodas y ajuste perfecto. Son delgadas, para uso ligero, no aptas para trato rudo porque se pueden deshilar. Las he usado por semanas y se conservan en buen estado, solo hay que lavarlas a mano para no maltratarlas.

Very bad quality product, after one day of use threads coming out of it. Black one observing heat even morning 9.00 sun in winter.

The product is good and fulfills the purpose..the elastic at the wrist can be better however as it feels a bit loose. Otherwise a good product 👍
