Amazon Sent Product That Was Over 2 Months Past the Expiration Date; Cannot Get a Refund.
IMPORTANT ABOUT THIS SPECIFIC TOOTHPASTE: Something vital to mention that most new customers/users do not understand, since Dr. Katz sold the brand to Church & Dwight, is that it is NOT supposed to foam. Before the sale, TheraBreath toothpaste did not contain Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS). SLS negates the potency and efficacy of the active ingredients in TheraBreath products (yes, even the mouthwash everyone now uses due to their commercials and zealous social media campaigns backed by influencers who probably never have bad breath if they brush). I was very surprised to see Church & Dwight reintroducing it into a tried-and-tested formula. Dr. Katz was very adamant about not using SLS with TheraBreath. But, it is what it is. SLS has no benefit in toothpastes. It is included to make you think it is "working" by foaming. So when new users do not experience the foaming, they are trained to think it is not "cleaning" their teeth and mouth; nothing could be further from the truth. Dr. Katz wrote the "Bad Breath Bible" that came with all TheraBreath products in the past, which went into great detail about why SLS was unnecessary, harmful (i.e., canker sores), and actually contributed to bad breath. But now, Church & Dwight has removed all that knowledge (I advise those interested to Google "Dr. Katz's Bad Breath Bible" for the PDF version; you will be surprised). But I digress. I have been a TheraBreath user for over 20 years. It quickly and easily solved a problem I had for much of my life and changed my life (no exaggeration). I only wish I had found it sooner, because I have a lot of bad experiences and memories from before I did. But now Church & Dwight has made the most effective toothpaste in their lineup unavailable in stores and online. So when I saw it available again, and shipped and sold by Amazon, I quickly placed an order, only to find an expiration date of 06-2026 - I received the product on August 14, 2026. Since Amazon shipped and sold it, Amazon physically stored the toothpaste in its warehouse and shipped it from there. The error is 100% Amazon's fault for failing to rotate inventory or check the dates before packing it. So I immediately contacted customer service to get a refund (while most might still use the product, I will not, not only because it is a safety-based breach, but because it would be less effective and I cannot have that). Amazon wanted me to return the toothpaste. Why? So I can return it, and they can send it to another purchaser? Not only that, but I paid $21.87 (with tax), and Amazon CS offered me a partial refund of $12.00, to which I of course refused. Why would I lose $9.87 for an expired product that Amazon should never have sent? I wasted my money, and Amazon refuses to refund it even with pictures provided (which I am also attaching here). A WARNING: If you order this particular (original TheraBreath) toothpaste, the first thing to do is to check the expiration date on the product's crimp. I have a feeling Amazon is unloading expired stock, which is unbelievable. I will keep trying to get my full refund. Until then, take my advice: if you genuinely suffer from chronic bad breath, message Church & Dwight and let them know you do not want the new versions of their toothpaste; SLS causes bad breath in those with halitosis. Bring back the original and make it easy to find. I am giving the product 5 stars, and I am giving Amazon 0 stars for their incompetence.

TheraBreath Fresh Breath Dentist: A Game-Changer for Oral Hygiene
Iโve tried countless mouthwashes over the years, but TheraBreath Fresh Breath Dentist stands out as a superior product. When I started using it, I noticed a significant improvement in my breath freshness and overall oral hygiene. What sets this mouthwash apart is its gentle yet effective formula. Unlike many other brands, TheraBreath doesnโt rely on harsh alcohol or artificial flavors that can leave your mouth feeling dry or irritated. Instead, it provides a clean, refreshing sensation with a mild mint flavor that isnโt overpowering. Itโs perfect for those with sensitive mouths or anyone looking for a more natural approach to oral care.Another highlight is how long-lasting the results are. After just one use, my breath felt fresh for hours, even after meals. Itโs also reassuring to know that itโs clinically proven to fight bad breath at its source rather than just masking it temporarily. While itโs slightly more expensive than some other options on the market, the quality and effectiveness make it well worth the investment. After all, maintaining good oral health is priceless!I wholeheartedly recommend TheraBreath Fresh Breath Dentist to anyone looking for a reliable and gentle solution for fresher breath and healthier gums. It has become an essential part of my daily routine, and I canโt imagine returning to anything else!Rating: โญโญโญโญโญ

Fresh, Clean, and Pleasant to Use
TheraBreath Fresh Breath toothpaste has a very pleasant mild mint flavor that leaves my mouth feeling clean and fresh without being too strong or harsh. It works well for everyday brushing and gives a long-lasting feeling of freshness. I also like that the taste is smooth and not overpowering like some other toothpastes. Very satisfied with it and would definitely purchase again.

Almost perfect
I've had bad taste/breath problems for a couple of years. I had tried a variety of things that dentists recommended: flossing, scraping my tongue, avoiding certain foods/drinks, drinking lots of water, chewing sugar-free gum...I think each thing had a very small effect, but generally I was forced to chew gum constantly to mask the smell. This toothpaste and the oral rinse together immediately fixed the issue. I only use it in the morning before heading out, as it is more expensive than big brand toothpastes, but even the once a day application leaves my mouth feeling completely fresh. It does leave a little aftertaste for some time after, but guess what--EVERY toothpaste does! Go use any random toothpaste and drink a glass of orange juice right after and tell me there's no weird flavors there. The aftertaste lasts the same length of time as regular toothpaste's aftertaste, and it's no more unpleasant. The advantage is that this stuff actually keeps your breath smelling good WAY after the regular toothpaste "wears off".The only problem is that it doesn't seem to get my teeth quite as smooth. I have a top of the line electric brush with a built-in timer and all that and I notice I have to spend a little more time getting everything clean with TheraBreath. It might be that regular toothpaste has more abrasives that help break up plaque more. This is why I still use my regular kind before sleeping, when I'm not really concerned about my breath. I took off one star because removing plaque is still really important, and this causes a little inconvenience.Overall this toothpaste did what I wanted, and I'll continue to buy it.

Not a fan
I'm not sure what I think of this. I love the mouthwash, and it definitely works to keep your breath fresh all day. But this toothpaste has the feel of whitening gel, and doesn't foam up like toothpaste that we're used to. I've been adding it on my brush along with my regular toothpaste since I don't want to waste it. Seems to me like a waste of money. I will say the mouthwash-yay, the toothpaste-nay.

This actually works
I am a former smoker, a professional chef who Loves anything garlic and other long lasting flavors of foods. That said, all of us who appreciate more pungent things to eat and consume usually have the breath to match our indulgences!Enter Thera-Breath toothpaste, which upon first use, does not greatly impress with its very mild flavor and simply clear appearance on your toothbrush...there is no color or opaque qualities to this at all, could be thick water for all you know. This does not offer any immediate freshness of mint or any other flavor to mask mouth odors at all...That said, what you do notice immediately is that your mouth shifts into absolute neutral with use of this product! No more stale tastes or bad breath, and the ability to go between even a couple of cumin or garlic laden meals without out denuding its effects.Common mouthsores and other conditions simply disappear; probably due to the lack of irritating ingredients to make the mouth cleaner smelling. This is an innovative product which performs admirably, my wife says destroys morning breath as well.A true game changer as far as toothpastes go and well worth a try.I do not recommend using this in conjunction with other pastes or mouthwashes as these diminish longer lasting effects of this toothpaste, unless of course, you were to use their version of mouthwash, which I am now ordering just to see what it's like---I otherwise have no need for any other product like this one.

Great Addition to the other TheraBreath Products!
TheraBreath Fluoride Free Toothpaste is recommended to fight odor-causing bacteria, freshen breath, control dry mouth and help protect teeth from decay for those people who wish to avoid Fluoride in their oral care products. This toothpaste also helps to prevent painful canker sores and controls tartar, plaque and cavities. It is manufactured in the United States. As with all TheraBreath products, this toothpaste is guaranteed to work to your complete satisfaction or your money back (meaning that you can get a full refund if it doesn't work for you - just contact them). No artificial flavors, colors, or detergents are added. My answers to the frequently asked questions below:What are the listed ingredients. Is glycerine included?Water (Aqua), Sorbitol, Glycerin (from vegetable sources), Hydrated Silica, Natural Flavor, Xylitol, OXYD-8ยฎ (Dr. Katz's patented Oxychlor Compounds), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Tetrapotassium Pyrophosphate, Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate, Cellulose Gum, Ammonium Glycyrrhizate, Sodium Fluoride, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Natural Fragrance (Parfum), Mentha Viridis (Spearmint) Leaf Oil, Mentha Arvensis Leaf Oil, Sodium BenzoateI have tried everything for dry mouth due to medications. Please let me know if anyone has had a better experience than Biotene and others.I have a better experience with this compared to Biotene (it made my teeth more sensitive), but the product works differently based on your medical/personal background. Can this toothpaste be used with an electric toothbrush?Definitely! Just think of it as regular tooth paste.Overall I would highly recommend this product along with the TheraBreath Dentist Recommended Fresh Breath Oral Rinse - Mild Mint Flavor, 16 Ounce (Pack of 2) and the TheraBreath Dentist Recommended Dry Mouth Lozenges, Sugar Free, Mandarin Mint Flavor, 100 Count. Definitely a life changer and worth every penny!!Like our review? Hit the "Yes" button below for it being useful. Leave us a comment if you have any questions or send us an email.
