It has plenty of space for my gym cloths & my shoes. It does have ventilation holes for your shoes. My favorite gym bag because it’s sturdy and can stand stress. Comfortable enough to hang it on your shoulder or hold the handles.

Many others have pointed out that it is excellent for gym use, but it is also perfect for travelling. If you like to travel on the cheap where you only get an under-the-seat carry on (e.g. Spirit Airlines or United Basic Economy), this bag just about matches the dimensions (typically 18"x14"x8") you are allowed to have. It is very spacious, and you can fit several pairs of clothes in addition to a laptop and other electronics. If you want to travel light for a few days, this can fit everything you need. This has replaced a standard overhead carry-on as my bag of choice for travel.

This is a great bag for the price! The bag is listed as a size small, but I had plenty of room. I was able to fit enough clothes for a four day work trip, along with an extra pair of shoes and attache case. The bag is made of, from what I could tell, very high quality material. The zippers felt smooth and didn't catch even when stuffed to the gills. I personally love the blue colored bag, but it has many vibrant colors to chose from which makes it easy to pick out at the airport. Speaking of which, this bag can be stored in (most) overhead compartments on planes, which is another big plus for me.My only complaint was that they shoulder strap was a little small. When full, it's nearly impossible to wear it over your neck. It's a small issue, as I easily carried it on one shoulder anyway.

Really nice bag! My bag did not seem to come with a shoulder strap pad, but the picture shows one (I should contact Adidas for one). Just note the bigger version of this bag allows you to place shoes in the ventilated side of the bag in the horizontal position. This one does not.

I have used the bag for the gym, for soccer and for coaching baseball and softball. It has been stretched to the limit, caked in baseball dirt and held some very sweaty clothes. The bag is sturdy, a great size and easy to clean. Highly recommend.

I was devastated when I lost my gym bag that had been with me for 10+ years and buying a new one felt scary because I needed it to fit the measurements of the lockers at my gym and this bag totally does! The small size is perfect for what I need and has everything I could possibly want. It is also of good quality - which pleases me. It has held up well (I go to the gym every day). The only thing I wish it had was a pocket on the outside you could slip things into (keys etc). I would definitely recommend.

I was worried because the description said small, but it seems like a normal size duffle bag to me. I ordered it for my son to take to Summer Camp and it should hold everything he needs for his week away at camp!

Great bag. Not too big but holds a lot. I just wish I would’ve bought one with a shoe compartment. But overall very happy.
