I had the worst Torticollis I had ever had. Usually it would pass in a day or so but this just got worse. Dr rather reluctantly prescribed muscle relaxants and painkillers but they only took the edge off. This item brought my sanity back. I went for the unscented one but still you can smell the grain inside and that smell is great! The heat is just right, my only criticism, which is minor, is it doesn't last as long as I would like. But yes, it has instructions how to top the heat up. It eased the pain so I could then start moving the neck and normality was resumed :-)

Works a treat, heated well, the handles at the end are great for increasing pressure and massaging my neck.

Works well. Only 4 stars as I find it a little bit short in length but it is otherwise very effective

This is a really nice heat pad and ya can really pull it into areas where ya have pain ect...would be nice if the heat held a bit longer other than that it's perfect 👍. I don't know what some ppl have been doing with theres in some of these reviews looks like they have been putting them in the oven with all the burn marks 🤣 it's a good product can't see it setting on fire in the microwave 🤦🏻‍♂️

Item does what I need it to good quality

I believe you get what you pay for so thought I'll go the extra money and get a superior product. Have compared to my friends £9 rival product I am struggling to find the premium value in this product. Also this has scorching on the inside (photos to be added) despite recommend settings. On the plus side, it does feel like a quality product.

The product seemed ok on first use. I microwaved it for less time than instructions specified, but on 4th time the contents started to burn and melted a home in the outer covering rendering it useless. Returned and refund dealt with efficiently. Won’t buy again. I wonder if it needs a microwave with a revolving table ( mine doesn’t )

I LOVE the fact that this has handles and it's solely the reason I purchased it. I use this for neck whiplash & lower back pain. It stays hot for quite a while but it often emits a not-so-great smell. Dropped 1 star for that. I still highly recommend this product.

This thing works so good. I use it on my neck, back and for cramps but it smells when heated up because of the beans or whatever is inside. Love how soft it is.

I love this heating pad. Works good for chronic neck pain (herniated discs), but I use it primarily as a bed-warmer on cold nights before I get into bed and then all night as I sleep to drape across my torso (if on my back) or my side (if on my side), and it keeps me super toasty all night. I'm back after about a year, because I'm buying a second one to place under the covers near my feet at night. The first one is still heating up and holding heat fine and in good condition. Right before buying the first one, though, the other brand pad (I don't recall which brand) I had before actually burst into flames in my microwave, so I was very afraid to buy another microwaveable heating pad (it didn't help that I was already previously pyro-phobic!), and it seems like I read a zillion reviews before buying this one. But I'm happy to leave this 5-star review in case there are other people like me who have had a bad experience in the past with microwaveable heating pads. I feel safe using this particular heating pad and am very happy that it's still for sale so that I can buy another one.

It’s quite slim- would’ve liked it to be a bit thicker, but the slimness does help with how long it is and it can completely fit around my neck, but also perfectly on my torso for cramps! I do wish I had realized it didn’t come with a cover- so I can’t wash it. But it did say you could clean it with a cloth! I’ll just have to make sure I keep it clean and only use it at home I guess!

Very easy to use, and works great on heating an area on your body.
