Used after a water pipe broke
A water pipe broke in my bathroom and flooded my bedroom/office. I sprayed this before putting down my new floor, just in case there was mold. It seemed to do the trick. No sign of mold and no musty smell. All is good

Great product!
Very simple to apply with the spray bottle. Some areas required scrubbing with a brush but this product did not disappoint and did the job nicely.
