Had to keep replacing batterys.only covered a very small area.

poor quality
Verry poor quality and customer suport. I bought this for christmas present but when I tried either are not working either is damaged, when I am taking off from the box half is remaining on the box. I asked them for refund but they said that I have to pay postage to send them back and they will send replacement. I want refund not replacement and they will not refund me the postage. I bought this in June but my mistake is that I tried them at that time but ths is a Christmas item and is for cristmas.
