I have nothing that indicate these are a hepa filter. I will say the material these filters are made of are very much like a hepa filter. they are quite different then the res-med filters which seem more like furnace filter or of a courser material. These filters work well and the good thing is due to their low cost one can change them more often to have cleaner air to breath. They are listed as a hypoallergenic filter **Q: What are they made of** A: It doesn't say on package, they are definitely a synthetic material. I would describe as a tight weave more like a hepa style filter very different than the coarse filter from ResMed which I would describe as closer to a furnace filter material.
