The media could not be loaded.  I've been struggling with lower back pain for the last few months and was having trouble while working out. My trainer suggested that I try a waist cincher. I was leery of trying it, but glad I listened to him. I feel a marked difference in my back. It fits nice and snug which keeps my back straight and my posture aligned. It helps me remember to sit up straight and seek alternatives on bending or slouching to get something. Even thought it keeps your back straight it is still very flexible, so it doesn't hinder your normal activities. I have no difficulty breathing. I was shocked at how comfortable this is to wear. The first day I got it, I meant to wear it for an hour to try it and I ended up forgetting it was on and wore it for 4 hours. The material is soft and feels nice on my skin. The hooks are heavy duty and made to last. There is a learning curve on figuring out how to get it hooked on and be tight enough at the same time. It only took a few days to figure out the best way for me. I'm so glad that it comes with the extender, so I have more levels to use to continue to get smaller. I really like this product and will continue to use it as I need smaller sizes.

Great product however sizing is a tad weird. I measured as stated and I seen comments stating to go up, follow the chart, and go down a size. I stuck with the chart and when I tried the waist trainer on I was wearing the smallest size, so I sent it back for a size down. Very simple to return and quick refund! I did get a smaller size and it was everything I had hoped for! I got it so quickly that, when I got the wrong size after shipping my return the same day, I ordered a new one and I had it the next day. I like this product so much! I am 2 months postpartum with a c section ,5ft 7 in tall, and starting with this product my weight was 164lbs (pre baby 135 lbs) Originally I got an XL because I had measured my waist to be 31 inches. Upon receiving and trying on I was already on the smallest size without extender. I then returned(easy process with excellent refund speed). The next day I received my replacement in large size. I loved it. I moved quickly through this size. Going down a size on the clips daily or every other day. I never put it so it’s uncomfortable but I wear it as tight as I can. I got the 25 bones in length 11.25(c). The steel bones are strong, but yet Pliable. These give great support, help make my posture better, and are still bendy enough to exercise and move comfortably. The length for my long torso was great and also is long enough to cover my c section scar placement. While wearing I forget its on and can do all my normal activities no issue. I take care of a preschooler, 2 month old, dog, home, and garden; all of which I’ve never had an issue. The first day or so you notice wearing it as it feels different. By day three I didn’t notice more than ten minutes. I’ve already lost inches! A few days ago I was measuring at 28 inches from 31 inches when I started(from wearing a size medium all day for about two weeks). This led me to repurchase again. This time I decided to skip medium and go for small. It works! Today was my first day wearing size small. I am proud to say I now am measuring 27 inches directly after removing waist trainer. Now that I have purchased three times I will say, I love the product, price, and results! Will continue to purchase smaller sizes!!!

I honestly really like it. The item stayed on my body the whole entire time. I didn't have to adjust it even when we were dancing. I wore this item for a good 5 hours and didn't feel any type of discomfort. If you think that it's too tight on you, don't force it and use a different size.QUALITY:The merchandise has a good quality fabric. You can tell that the hinges are intact and it will take force for anyone to pull these hooks. The garter is pretty stretchy so, if you think that the item is slightly small, you can stretch this without any issues. However, if it's too tight, just get a replacement one that's a size up.NOW THE ISSUE:The only issue I have is my hives. After the party, I removed this around my waist to discover that I had an allergic reaction to this item. If you think that the item is too small, it's really not. This is caused by an allergic reaction to the fabric. I have no idea what's on that that caused me to have this. It's severely itchy and it's painful. This isn't just a regular hive. It's been 4 days and it's there there. It's actually worse than the pictures now. However, I am aware that I am allergic to many things but didn't think that I will be allergic to a fabric. Who knows what they dyed this on. I'm going to take the fault for this since I didn't actually wash it since it arrived the day of the party I needed to attend. Still, if this is happening to my skin, who knows what kind of chemicals this is drenched in.NOTE:I know I am allergic to many things but maybe the company might need to use something else to dye this item to prevent this type of problem. I honestly don't know what can cause this type of irritation on my skin other than GLUE (if there's any) on the garter, or it's the dye. The reason why I'm giving this a 4 star is because it is a good item but very risky to use especially if you have sensitive skin. Washing it might help but I cannot guarantee it. I probably won't try to use this again.

This is the best waist trainer! I bought the 25 steel bones one in size medium. My waist measured 35 inches and the medium fits so well with the extender. My abdomen is cinched, smooth and my back is fully supported. My tops don't slide up as the latex on the outer side prevents it. I love it! Would buy again.

I usually don’t write reviews but this is honestly the best quality waist trainer I have seen. And I have almost spent $300 on waist gang corsets because of the Kardashians and been disappointed.It is very comfortable to wear for longer hours. I done feel the boning poking into my skin, the material is very flexible so when you are sitting it bending, it allows for the easy movement. I am extremely happy with this product.The only thing I would recommend is to make sure you size yourself down . I first ordered the 5x given my waist size which according to the chart was actually 6x . But I ended up returning that as it was too big. I ordered 3x then and it fits , but I should have gone for 2x to really use the extender and use the corset for a longer period.I would give this product 10 stars if I could

Según la tabla de medidas tenía que comprar el 5xl, lo cual me pareció enorme porque uso talla de blusa L o hasta M a veces. Decidí pedir el XL y me queda bien en la primera fila de broches (sin el extensor). El extensor no lo usaré porque no cumpliría el objetivo de quedarme ajustado, pero usaré el corset utilizando todas las hileras de broches que incluye. Si quieren aprovechar al máximo su corset pidan varias tallas menos 😉

Good, but the size chart was a little off. I ordered a large, but this is too tight and I've had to get an extra large. But the quality looks amazing and called me to use it
