Easy to trim to fit your size more precisely
Only have had them in for a short time but they fit and feel comfortable. The original sole was very worn but sneaker was still very good shape so nice replacement

Very good quality and effective especially for the price
Very nice quality and very effective for the price. Work as good or better than some more expensive inserts. I have bad arthritis in my knees. I use these as an extra bottom cushion for my stiffer instep inserts. It makes a great combination of comfort and support.
