Good versatile camera. Restricted mounting.
Decent camera. Read some reviews where people complained of adjusting screw tripping, but this is a tiny screw and one has to apply proportionate pressure.I adjusted mine about 4 times before I got it positioned to my liking without a problem. It is not a heavy camera so no need to over tighten. The only problem I found with it is that the spring clip that is made to hold it into the hole, is not designed for more than about 1/16" material. My bumper was just under 1/8" thick and it kept slipping out of the hole. I removed the plastic retaining ring holding the metal spring clip unit and reshaped them to accommodate the thicker material, straightening the tabs and bending them a little further in from the ends, and that solved the problem. Be careful not to over tighten the plastic retaining ring or it can trip out. This is the reason why I took away a star.

Nice but can drive crazy for proper angle or rotation
I bought the camera for its adjustable angle, this was a good thing because on my vehicle(2013 ford escape), it is angled to its max. The down side of being adjustable is it takes extra time to make sure you have positioned correctly. Not only do you adjust the angle but once you loosen the set screw, the camera can be rotated 360 inside the base and there is no indicator or reference mark on the camera to know if you have it rotated correctly. The set screw is located in the back (if lip mounted) so it will be hard to adjust if you can not remove the piece it is mounted to. With the nature of the set screw tightening it will sometimes make the camera rotate in the same direction.

just installed on 2000 toyota Sienna van just above the license plate. there is more than enough wire from the rear door to the front LCD mirror. the big size of the RCA video connector head is not convenient: it is very hard to fish through the rear door wire insulation cluster to the inside of the ceiling. so I cut the RCA head. After fishing through to the front, I re-soldier 3 very thin wires back. Another negative is that the factory position of the camera shows the up-side down picture, need to turn the camera 180 degree to get the picture right, and meantime keep the set-screw is on the top position.

Be Aware the camera is different than the Promoted...The Pictures Attached Here
I've installed it on the tail gate-handle of my Xterra 2012, the video quality is good, but as you can see from pictures it is different than the advertised on amazon as the lens on the one I received is longer, the attached hole saw is smaller than the camera base mount, so you need a bigger one to install the camera. The silicon sealing around the camera is bad as you can see from pictures water -soon or later- will damage it from inside as it is not isolated good enough. Also you can control the embedded lines -parking lines- and mirroring option.

Spend the money on the better version.
Works well, but takes time to adjust to the image being upside down. Spend the money on the better version.

Does the job in a nice, cost-effective manner.
Been in my car now for a good long time, still working great. Easily installed in a nearly-invisible fashion. The image is "good enough" for the intended use -- what's not to like?

Picture quality deteriorates
I bought this camera for a Jeep Wrangler and a cheap $10 camera for my F150 at the same time, both from Amazon. Initially, the picture quality was exactly the same between the 2 cameras; however, after 2 years, the image from the F150 camera still looks great and the one that was mounted on the Jeep is awful (see picture above). Save the $35 and go with the cheaper option on Amazon.

Nice camera
Wish it could tilt just a little further... I flush mounted it in the front grill and it's great for parking just doesn't go as high as I would like for it to
