DeWalt is a great brand and this blower is no exception! The power is great for blowing or mulching and the battery has a decent life. I would buy again.

Ok I just received this 3/5/24 I charged the battery all the way and used it 3 cars to blow water off and on rims and grills. The 20v 5 hour battery that came with it died. I put in a fully charged 20 v 2 hr battery and it killed that 1 in 4 minutes. I'm going to charge them again and give her another shot. I has good power when a fresh battery is put in on it but after a few minutes it kills the battery so far not impressed. May have to return. I am adding to my first review. I purchased a 2nd 20v 5AH battery. When it came in it had 1 bar on the battery life indicator. I charged it and it showed charged in 20 minutes. That didn't seem right so I took it off the charger and reinsert it and the indicator showed it wasnt charged yet. I left it longer and it fully charged later. I did the same to the first battery and it made a difference. The batteries are lasting longer and the blower itself is working as advertised and I am giving it a much deserved 5 stars now. I actually don't believe in giving a great review within a week of receiving a product. It takes a bit to make sure it works correctly to give a good review. This is a good product in my opinion noe that I have used it worked out the kinks.

After reading reviews for this blower, as well as others, I finally settled on this one. It's nice, fairly lightweight, and can definitely move some air. It's a very good blower, BUT, like a lot of the reviews have said, it drains its battery fairly quickly. If on at full power for an extended period of time, you may get 12-15 minutes of battery life out of it. I'm guesstimating, since I don't squeeze the trigger all the way down unless necessary. It also has a toggle to lock the blowing power wherever you want to set it. I use this around my house, so I don't feel a need to buy a second battery for it (DeWalt batteries, like the ones for my drill, can be used, but I might get 5 or 6 minutes out of those, since they aren't the exact same XD battery). If you think you'll need an extra XD battery, buy one! I definitely like DeWalt products, and I love not having to deal with a cord.

Does a great job. Powerful enough that I don’t wish I had bought a stronger one. I find that I use it far more often Than I thought I would use it. Super easy and fast to take it out rather than use a broom.

I can't say anough good things about this little blower! I bought it with an extra battery. It is light and so easy to use. Before this, we had a backpack gas blower and a plug-in electric blower. We never used either often enough, because (for different reasons) they were difficult to use. With the 2 batteries, I can easily blow my roof, all the paths in my yard, my deck, my driveway and street, the whole area across the street, and my lawn in minutes. We have a LOT of huge trees. During the fall, I used this blower every day to keep up with the quantity of leaves. Now that fall is over, I use it about twice per week to keep everything looking perfect (I have 2 puppies). This has kept my deck and pool deck from getting stained by the oak leaves. And we are using our winter garden more when it looks so clean and nice. I can't wait for the warm weather! Buy this. You won't be sorry! Update: The battery permanently died in 12 months. I feel like that it a really short life for such an expensive battery. I still love the blower, but I'm disappointed in the battery and the fact that it has no warranty.

Very powerful blower, my only advice would to have a second battery on hand as it drains a battery after 10-15 minutes on full force….but in all fairness I am blowing snow off my walk way and vehicle, so that’s maybe abnormal use for this blower..but it does get the job done and works like a champ.
