โญโญโญโญโญ Great drain pan! The Midwest Can 28-1341 Closed Top Drain Pan is sturdy, well-made, and easy to use. The closed-top design helps keep spills contained and makes it much less messy when handling fluids. It feels durable and holds up well for regular use. Overall, itโs a practical product that does exactly what itโs supposed to do. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable drain pan.

Old Designs That Never Fail - DIY Legacy Continues
I support small business whenever possible and this product in one I have owned for over 10 years with zero issues...Just bought one for my son to continue the DIY family legacy...He has fond memories from his childhood watching me change oil with this very pan...Now he will have one of his own...Thanks Midwest for making outstanding DIY products.

A gift from the Gods. Oden couldnโt make a better oil drain pan.
When my oil drain pan was demolished by my evil mini me (16 year old son) and stopped catching oil and became more of an Oil distribution pan, I cried. Then I did what every man does and picked up his mighty hammer, raised it above my head and yelled โI will find a replacementโ. Off to interwebbs- signed onto Amazon and low and behold there it was. This incredible oil drain pan is worth its size in gold. Itโs wide, so if you miss the oil pan you might want to get your eyes checked. When draining the oil, releasing the top screw allows air in and the oil to flow out quickly. Thank you Oden for making such an incredible oil pan. Two thumbs up

Same design, but thinner plastic
I purchased this to replace an existing identical drain pan. The original pan I got 35 years ago, but due to a small leak on the bottom from sliding around on the concrete wearing a small hole through the bottom. The first thing I noticed about this new drain pan, is that it is thin walled plastic compared to my original pan. Some other reviews on this pan mention missing caps, but mine arrived with all 3 caps included. Overall, I really like the design of this pan & would have given it 5 stars except for it less robust build quality

Nice open space to catch draining oil
I first saw this pan used on ETCG. I like the wide open space on top of it, so many oil drain pans have a small 10 inch diameter hole to try to hit. This pan is excellent because if I drop the oil drain plug I don't have to fish it out of the oil, it's right there. It also gives me somewhere to put the oil filter to let it drain. It does get a little messy on top but that's why those of us who change our own oil know there are different levels of "dirty" for those red rags we seem to have dozens of lying about the garage.

Worked well for my 4 cyl Honda Accord oil change
Handled the 4.4 quarts exiting my 2007 Honda Accord 4 cyl easily. Two drain plug openings allow the oil to enter the pan easily with no threat of overspill with my vehicle. Plug openings were just small enough to catch the 17mm oil drain bolt which I dropped in by accident. Not super beefy plastic construction - but does seem sturdy enough to last a few years. Plastic plug openings seem to keep the oil inside - but I'll probably choose not to stand this oil pan up vertically with any used oil inside.

Makes changing the oil less messy!
I really like this product. Drain oil into tray/container. Wipe tray and reinstall plug. Put new oil in engine and then you can pour old oil into empty oil container (no funnel needed) and return to store when purchasing oil for next change. Easy peasy!

Works well under a GL1800 Goldwing
I used this the other day to drain the oil out of my Honda Goldwing. The height is a bit snug, but it works ok when the bike is on the center stand. It made the job very clean and I was able to drain the oil and put the old oil back in the jug for recycling without spilling any. The pan seems to be fairly sturdy and for my use should last quite a while.
