Sufficient, but with flaws
I originally decided I wanted one of these devices about 4 months ago when I tried a friends. I have moderate to serious injury issues that are soft tissue, and after using it, I decided massage gun can be a part of helping me heal. My friends was the more expensive model ($100-$120 range). I cheaped out and went with this instead. Its not awful. It works. It even helps. But I'm the kind of person that needs to feel it in order to think its working. When I press this gun into my muscles as hard as I'd like to work out the knots, I will stop the motor and I know I'm straining the motor. This didn't happen with my friends gun.To turn it on/off I have to cycle through all six speeds, which seems unnecessary. Why not have an on/off switch (like the more expensive guns)? The battery isn't detachable either (you guessed it, like the more expensive models), which means its not as compact for packing. AND, when you pack it you'll probably have to disable the speed selection switch with cardboard and tape, or else you'll easily turn it on by mistake. All in all, its gets the job done and will probably work for most people. But it could be better. Is it worth the extra $40-$60-$80 to upgrade? I guess it depends on how much you'll be packing it to take on the go, the depth of stimulation your muscles need to relax, the amount of space you have to store it etc. Its not useless by any stretch, but the missing features show up for me and are not easily worked around.

Great Gadget!
This product works as advertised! I incorporate it in with foam rolling and stretching and is especially useful in relieving tension near tendons. And if you have someone to use it on hard-to-reach areas of your back or neck, it is an absolute game changer! No more excuses from your significant other flaking out of a back massage haha! Just point to the problem area and have them hold the gun against it, I fall asleep within 10 minutes. We have had ours for a few months and use it a couple times a week for 10-15 minutes. So far no issue and am beyond surprised how long the battery lasts (I think I have charged it three times). It came with an offer to receive a second battery, which brings up my only issue. How do you get the battery to detach? It is not an issue yet but we cannot press the release button far enough for anything to happen. Maybe we will get it off once the battery craps out in another 2 years.Still an awesome purchase and well worth the price!

Awesome massage gun but not awesome for changing tires.
This was really easy to use straight out of the box. There was no need to read the instructions. It was just plug in, select the right massage head, push the power button & use. I was able to use it on my lower back by myself although it would be more helpful for my husband to hold it.The volume is fairly loud for a massage gun & does get louder as you choose higher speeds. The volume of the motor isn’t a deal breaker & isn’t too disturbing. I heard the tv just fine & my baby continued to sleep.I found out quickly that I prefer the flat attachment over the round attachment due to the round one being a sort of porous material instead of smooth. When using the massager over my shirt, the porous attachment kind of got tangled where the flat one didn’t. When using directly on my skin, the porous attachment rubbed my back uncomfortably. I would prefer a softer round attachment & may see if I can find a single one to purchase. Overall, the value & ease of use is terrific. I’m very happy with this & my back stopped hurting within minutes of using it. In the words of Michael Gary Scott, “Oh my God, my mind is going a mile an hour.”

Great product!
I bought this for my husband for his birthday, and he loves it! It works great to work out his tight back and shoulder muscles, and it’s easier on my hands than giving him a massage. The battery has lasted through multiple uses so far without needing to charge. Great value for a great product!

a solid rechargeable massage unit +++++
I write non biased reviews. I decided to give it the biggest test of all.... I massaged my fiance. She loved it!!!! Her favorite part of it was the u head for vertebrae but she likes all the attachments. I'm a tech guy so I like the multiple options. It has 6 speeds, it has different attachments for different body parts/ results. I'm also 44 years old and my body is catching up with the years of basketball and work. This unit has an attachment for joints, large muscle groups etc. The six speeds is great depending on your pain threshold so my fiance uses speed one (2100 rpm) and two and I use speed 5 and 6 (3600 rpm.) As far as battery life goes its pretty good so far considering I haven't had to charge it yet. I will follow up on that once I know how many hours it takes to kill the battery. The price is very reasonable considering my massage therapist charges $40 an hour and he uses a very similar product. I'm sold on this product. Give it a try and you wont be disappointed. A+ all the way.

Decent massage unit
I bought this product for my mom who had severe pain in the shoulders, back, knee and elbow areas. I’ve used it on her for about a week and I can safely say it works well. Does provide relief in areas with knots especially the shoulders.Pros:-Speeds go up to level 30. Powerful on even level 1-Effective on providing temporary relief to for muscle pain-Easy to use-Recharging is pretty quick Cons:-Evidence of wear & tear on the rim & handle of the massage gun upon opening the product for the first time -The Finish on the round head started shedding/fading after 3 uses-Weight of the battery-Went from battery of 6 to the whole device turning off in 30 mins and I was only using the speed level 1 Aside from that, I think the product is worth buying if you suffer from similar body pain and are looking to buy one of these.
