I have tried a few different brands and these seem to be the ones that have the best taste and leave the least aftertaste. After reading the reviews, I was a bit skeptical, because the bad reviews were BAD... That being said I was on a mission to find a snack that was lo-cal, low fat, and high in protein. I bought the Nacho flavor and at the same time another brand with a similar flavor. These puffs won out! They are smaller in size than most other ones I have tried, but don't let that fool you-- the serving size is 2/3 cup and it is definitely enough for the perfect snack. It does satiate my cravings and leaves me satisfied. Yes, they are pricey, but its worth it!

I thought they would be lightly flavored typical puff balls. Turns out to be rich in flavor! I eat them in a bowl after measuring it on a scale and it fills you up for what its worth. Hard to believe this is low in carbs. Definitely gonna try the dessert ones in the future! In terms of price, I think its an ok price. Each serving is about 2.50$ and there's a total of 7 servings. About on par with other "keto chips" so depending on your budget, these are a fair value. Compared to Quest chips at target a 4 pack is 8$ (so again, 2$ roughly a serving) but it comes with 40 more calories, 2g more of carbs and only 3g more of protein. Granted it does come in 1oz servings... but ultimately it boils down to what you're going for. Meaning do you want to cut calories, or do you want convenience? For the same price I can get either 8 bags of 140 cal 18g protein, 4g of carbs each or I can get 1 bag of Protein puffs and eat 7 servings with 100 cal, 15g of protein, and 2g of carbs. Personally the extra 40 calories and a measly 3g of protein isn't worth it for my needs. If you want to get more protein tho, I'd choose the quest. I will say, the cheese puffs have their place as you can mix them with a salad or on the side. Can't say the same about quest chips but YMMV. Overall an amazing product. Just be cautious what you're going for and what your goals are. A good keto product with reasonable pricing. Especially compared to schoolyard snacks that want to charge 2.50 for the same amount you get here.

I started eating a low-carb diet to lose weight about a month ago and the one thing that has been missing and hard to find is a crunchy snack that I actually enjoy eating. I tried the popular baked cheese snacks sold in the grocery store but it wasn't what I wanted. The Snack House puffs are just what I was looking for! The nacho cheese flavor has a complex taste that almost taste as much as pizza as it does nacho cheese. The cheeseburger flavor is also excellent. My first taste of these reminded me of grilled beef and american cheese, just like what would come from Burger King. I can eat as many as I like and not be concerned about carbs since they are only 2g of carbs for a very large portion. The bag is suprisingly larger than I thought it would be as well. I am quickly satisifed with a handful of the puffs, and I imagine I will get way more than 7 servings out of this bag. I'd recommend the Nacho Cheese or the Cheeseburger flavor to anyone on a keto diet who would like a crunchy snack that actually has some flavor.

The promotion for this product about how the taste was amazing in this Keto friendly snack is what pushed me to purchase this snack and not worry so much about how expensive it is. I received them, ate two handfuls and never touched them again. They were hard to chew and lacked taste. I had the Nacho flavor.

The first time I opened the bag, I was in heaven! I am on a keto diet to lose weight for PCOS and I am always delighted when I can find snacks that fit the diet and taste/smell good. They tasted like nacho cheese Doritos to me and I was so happy! However, as I got further down to the bottom, they developed a horrible aftertaste and smell. The only way I can describe it is a weird protein smell like the smell of stale meat. I threw the rest of it out because the smell was so offensive that I didn't want to eat anymore. For a bag of puffs that cost over $14, this was a waste. I don't think I'll be buying again.

The Cheeseburger flavor is my favorite, it hits you a little weird at first, but the flavor settles in and is really tasty. The Jalapeno is good as well, an the Nacho could use a bit more flavor. I've been using them as a salad topper to add crunch which works really well. They're a bit over-priced for what they are, and really wish they could hit a price point under $10, but they are relatively tasty for those on a low-carb or keto diet. I won't comment on ingredients as it is a processed food, but a better option than the typical chips from a store.

I was apprehensive to order these because of the price but the reviews sounded good so I decided to give it a shot. I am so glad I did! They are so freaking good. I am addicted now. It’s perfect for a salty and savory snack to go along with a low carb beer and it’s totally guilt free since it’s keto! They are super flavor packed and have a great crunch to them. I definitely will be ordering other flavors!

It’s great to have a crunchy keto snack, and these are pretty tasty! I appreciate that they have high protein content but are very low carb and also low fat, I usually find it hardest to get enough protein. They’re a bit pricy, but what keto-friendly snacks aren’t? Will be trying other flavors too.
