Very nice
If you want a rc copter to play with I would recommend it. This is a great little copter. I've never had one of these before. It is reasonably easy to fly. I have crashed it many times and it still works. I do not have the blade guard and it hasn't broken a propeller yet. I even crashed it in a gravel driveway. For range; it goes to the point where I can hardly see it to control it anymore. The video is good quality with no sound. The video player states 1280x720 when I view the videos.Flying mishaps (Yes, it still worked after all of these. No propellers broke either.)Outdoors wind is an issue. A light breeze blew once and it wasn't easy to keep it from heading into the trees. This thing is small. I tried to fly it in a field. I lost it twice when it crash landed far away from me in weeds. It's small a black and green probably 5 inch diameter x 1.5 inch tall. If you're going to fly it in fields get a different color. Even with a different color fly it near dark so you can see it's leds flashing. A mowed grass yard would be OK for flying the green and black one.Try to avoid getting too close to power lines. During one flight I had it too close to high tension power lines. It dropped out of the sky.Make small delicate movements with the controls. I over corrected one time and nearly landed on top of a chimney. During that same instance it swung over and hit a tree. It crash landed in a gravel driveway.Flying indoors worked, but for my skills more room is needed. Being outdoors allowed me room to make mistakes. Indoors I would occasionally rise too high and hit the ceiling. Another issue was I would get disoriented and confuse it's heading and the direction I needed to steer. In general I could fly well indoors if I kept it simple.

Overall Good Quadcopter especially for beginners
I bought this Quadcopter few weeks before and so far I am satisfied with this product. This Husban X4 H107C is my first quadcopter so I am just learning to get control on it. I am using Protection cover and so far it has survived several crashes both indoor and outdoor. This quadcopter flies well in non-windy conditions but even in small wind I am getting difficulty to control it. It might be because of my lack of experience. Based on my limited experience I can say it is easy to fly in the night than in the daytime because of clearly visible LEDs. Blue LEDs on front and red LEDs on back make it easy to control the quadcopterAt this price, the video quality of this product is very good. The video start button is very small and when you press the button,it's very hard to see the blinking light which is the indication of recording.Pros: Very durable with HD video camera.Cons: Not very stable even in light wind.Video control is not from camera, you have to press the button located on side of quadcopter. More importantly you have to press the video button again when you are done with your recording before turning off the quadcopter, otherwise video file will NOT be saved.Battery life is less than 5 minutes.

Great little entry 'copter
Quick note - the pic I included here is a bit blurry due to YouTube being evil. The video is quite a bit crisper than it seems here.I plan to make a quadcopter in the next few months but thought it would be a good idea to pick one up, learn to fly it, and take notes of important features. I found that this 'copter is VERY stable, VERY easy to fly, and a GREAT value. In the event that I completely demolish it, I would quickly buy another. My ONLY gripe about this 'copter is that it uses odd connectors for the batteries which makes it difficult to find aftermarket chargers. I will be swapping out the connectors in favor of something else. Here are a few videos I've done with it: http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLr4hIQwsRSpAoAyn1ZbbpQHFz8bSdI32SThree good tips for folks buying this: 1) Buy yourself a few extra batteries, a crash pack, micro screwdrivers, and two or three 2GB SD cards. This is a *model aircraft*, not a nerf football - it WILL need servicing. 2) Install the prop guard. It may cut 20 seconds or so from your flight time, but it it will also keep you from getting turned into hamburger or killing your props on bad landings/the wall. 3) Turn off your transmitter before picking up the 'copter. I have a few good gashes from holding onto the copter and accidentally jostling the truster on the transmitter. To address the complaints of several people:"The battery life is short (~6 minutes)." Motors drain an insane amount of power and don't last long. 'Copters that can fly longer also cost 10x as much."The frame is fragile." It can take some good rough landings, but it WILL break at some point in time if you aren't careful and landing on a 3 foot file of fuzzy bunnies. Buy yourself a "crash pack" with an extra frame, motors, props, ect. Even the really expensive 'copters will break during heavy landings - it is just part of the hobby."The motors wore out!" Motors are mechanical parts. Unless you are building a 'copter from scratch with brushless motors, be prepared to replace them every so often. Keep in mind that you are continually taking off from and crashing your 'copter in dirt, grass, and all kinds of gritty places."The props fly off!" I've never had them fly off during flight, but I have had them come off on hard landings. It is *good* that they come off - chances are that if they stayed on, they would have gotten chipped or shredded making them useless."It is hard to replace the motor/led/garble garble! Tiny wires!" This is an aircraft. You want it to be as light as humanly possible to increase flight time and responsiveness. Yes, the wires are thin and short, but anyone who takes their time in replacing parts will have no problems."It takes too long to charge the battery!" This is the fault of the user. If you try to plug it into a computer's USB port, you are going to have a bad time (South Park joke, heheh). Your computer will only allow a very small amount of current through its USB ports by design to keep things from getting fried. Try using a nicer cellphone charger with USB, an iPad/iPhone charger with USB, or get a powered USB hub. It takes around 35 minutes for me to charge a battery using my iPad Mini's charger."The video sucks." It is a $70 'copter, not a filming rig. The HD video is okay, but it is slightly grainy and doesn't have stellar color or refresh rates. Because the camera is built into the main housing, it moves with the 'copter. So, every time you move the copter or a gust joggles the craft, things will vibrate a bit. Even though the video is not perfect, it is still spectacular IMHO.

Excellent little quad
This is an excellent little quad. Visual inspection shows it to be very well madee, and the fact it has survived numerous hard crashes with virtually no damage confirms this assessment. That I have crashed often is merely a reflection of the fact I had NEVER flown anything before I received this. Once I found decent instructions on flying a quad, and mastered the process for adjusting it, and especially the trim, my flying has improved dramatically. It will not be long before I can fly it without crashing into anything.Despite the odd model number, this is, in fact, the Hubsan H107C It's main competitor seems to be the WL V202 Skylark. Despite what some reviewers may say, there is no significant difference in the quality of these two products and both would be excellent first quads; to be used to learn how to fly. If you are learning, just recently taking up this hobby, expect to crash, and crash hard, many times before you have acquired the skills required to fly, and be sure you do so using quads as sturdy as these two..
