I switched from another brand and like this better. I can take one or two depending on what I’ve been eating. If I eat irritating food I take two tge next dose. No problem!

I took these after a UTI and continued taking them for a couple weeks daily. I didn't notice much of a difference with my urine but I don't think my stomach liked them due to loose bowel movements. They're easy to take if you take one at a time. Can't say much on the quality since one of the pills got busted and powder got all over the inside of the bottle.

This is my favorite so far after buying different brands and versions over the years! Maybe it’s the combination with cranberry and hibiscus but the taste is pleasant, something to consider since I prefer to open up the capsules and add it to tea, etc. Effective? Definitely. It really reduces the severity and incidence of UTIs and UTI-like symptoms. (I also take probiotics but it’s most effective in combination with D-mannose).

I'm prone to getting UTI's and regular cranberry supplements don’t do anything for me, so I decided to try these D Mannose with hibiscus and I love them so much, I was hesitant because they're cheaper than other brands on amazon, but they work great, I take one per day as a preventative measure, but if I start to feel some UTI symptoms then I take 2 a day every day till the symptoms go away and it works amazingly

This is my second time ordering. It really helps as I have PCOS and very prone to utis, I take them daily and specially after intercourse.
