Very true to description

I enjoy the fact that it's mulberry only but I mix it into my drink and this brand doesn't taste quite as good. I had thought this would have something extra added but the brand I liked actually had extra added. I'm not very much into the taste but I do enjoy authenticity.-At first it seemed to cause problems but I think my body needed to adjust. It's my favorite one now since it's pure.

Seems to help with energy level and I have lost some weight while using this over 3 months so far. I honestly don't know what effect it is having on lowering glucose however that is a continuing work in progress. No negative side effects that I can recall.

I am going to try this again, the last time I tried i ended up not feeling well. I was also on a new temporary med.If any body wants to make a helpful review give us a before and after of your glucose reading. I have a new glucose reader coming, then I can do a test to see if I want to stay with this product.

White Mulberry is a great supplement for your health and weight management.

Check with your doctor first before taking it. A local woman died after taking the Sherry product. I don’t know if she was allergic or not but do you need to check with your doctor before you take the supplement.

Using these capsules I have been able to dump my prescription meds that had multiple side affects. Really helps with diabetes!!
