Make sure you can get the correct flow rate through the coils, or you will not have hot water.
Found another of this exact model. Works much better than the 18Kwh model I had previously. Nebraska water is so cold that the 18 barely would heat at 2gpm. This model I can run about 2.8 GPM between 2 faucets before the safety feature turns off the coils so they don't burn themselves out. Comes with 3/4" Pex inlet and outlet. However, you may need to reduce to 1/2" before getting to the water heater to help reduce flow through thr coils to get the hot water needed for multiple faucets. Just something to keep in mind for other DIY'ers.

Garbage. Doesn't work.
Waste of money. Had it professionally installed and never worked. So I was out the money and the cost of the repair man. Called customer servicewent to voicemail, left my info and no call back. Called immediately after and rang once then straight to the machine, as if the call was purposely ignored

This tankless water heater works amazingly..

The report above saying the unit needs 3x90amp is incorrect.
The 27kw version of this unit requires 3 double pole 40 amp breakers.

Broke after two months
After two months this stops heating water if more than one faucet is turned on at the same time.
