Condenser microphones are the ideal choice for capturing vocals and acoustic instruments. They’re the primary type of microphone used in recording studios and radio stations. C-1 mics are capable of capturing much more detail than most dynamic microphones because of their wider, flatter frequency response. Another difference between condenser and dynamic mics is they contain active circuitry that requires phantom power (+48 V) for operation. You can power your C-1 using any phantom power equipped BEHRINGER XENYX mixer, plus enjoy the benefits of our state-of-the-art XENYX mic preamps. Why the C-1?C-1 microphone is an affordable, high-quality way to get what you really hear down on tape (or in bits). Thanks to the pressure gradient transducer and shock-mounted large diaphragm capsule, the C-1 delivers an open, transparent sound with excellent transient response. Featuring a superb cardioid (heart-shaped) pickup pattern, the C-1 picks up your source signal, while rejecting off-axis sounds that can ruin an otherwise perfect recording. The C-1 truly delivers on the promise of noise-free transmission, with the utmost transparency – and features an LED that shows you when the mic is receiving phantom power, taking the guesswork out of the equation. But That's Not All… The C-1 microphone is designed to be your go-to condenser mics for many years to come. The tough, die-cast metal body can withstand all the rigors of those late-night recording marathons – and the included carrying case ensures they always travel in safety and style. The studio-grade C-1 condenser microphone is an excellent choice for both live and studio applications, and available at a price that will leave you with enough cash left over to secure other recording essentials. For the price! Go for it
The brand name itself stand for its quality. Really good product. One of the best mics in this price range for voice recording. I've used this mic for my YouTube covers. Cristal clear and very natural sound output. If you are male singer, the mic will give your voice a bit more depth in it. Which is really cool.Definitely suggest this to anyone.

Nice
I have to say that I am impressed with the sound quality and noise cancellation. This microphone is really good for people who just like to record stuff normal stuff vocals maybe you probably won’t find any difference between this and other microphone with higher price. If you are planning to buy usb mic go with this insteadalthough it does need phantom power so do keep in mind before buying this mic.you will have to invest in audio interface there cheap ones there on amazon. It comes in a rugged carrying case for protection and some screws to attach it to the mic stand or boom armIt does not come with Xlr cable which is used to connect it with audio interface, xlr to trs wont work so get the right cable.Overall a good deal.

Good quality product!
It is a condenser microphone, so you will require phantom power to make it work. I connected this with my behringer um2 audio interface and I am satisfied with sound quality. This is good product at this price range and sounds amazing. Microphone cancels sound which is not near microphone, so you can get your sounds clear. Built quality of mic is good and it comes with sturdy case. Buyer delivered product on time and did follow up with me, which shows he is geniune seller.

Good condenser mic for home studio
I don't have much knowledge on this kind of microphones. Just for a passion in voice recording i bought this. Initially struggled because this does not come with any XLR cables to connect with audio interface. Then i had to find appreciate cable for this and bought from Amazon. Over all i found this product is good with solid make. Somehow I am fond of Behringer products.

Excellent mic
The media could not be loaded. The Behringer C-1 Studio Condenser Microphone provides excellent quality for the price. This song was recorded just using this mic and a Mac so you can hear how clear the recording is. Totally recommend it!

Buena calidad precio
The media could not be loaded. Es un micrófono bastante decente para el precio que tiene. Cumple con su cometido, en mi caso un pequeño estudio casero con una Focusrite. (El video que adjunto no aparece el micrófono pero está grabado con el)

Good sound quality for an entry level mic
This was the first microphone I used when I started my podcast. It's a great mic for the money, comes with a nice hard carry case and accessories, which is a great bonus. It eventually developed an earth issue, but I still use it from time to time. Being a condenser, you should be aware that at high gain levels, it will pick up the sound of *everything* including cars driving by in the street outside, or a neighbours dog barking, white noise etc. but correct mic technique and usage will solve a lot of this. Turn the gain right down and bring the mic close to your mouth and this will give you a sound quality that sounds way above its price point, especially with a little bit of EQing in post-production. I ran my podcast using this as the main mic for almost one year and it was fantastic, way above most "beginner" podcasts quality. The build quality is likewise very good, it's heavy and feels sturdy in the hand. One thing of note is that it's quite fat, so if you're looking to fit it into a shock mount or similar, make sure the mount will be wide enough for the mic. I squeezed mine into a mount, but it was very tight. Overall, good quality and I would recommend to someone starting in recording voice who doesn't want to stump down on a much more expensive mic, but still wants a decent level of quality.

Excellent.
I chose the C-1 after checking out multiple video reviews online and this microphone more than lives up to my expectations. I primarily use it for recording acoustic guitar, for which the recording tone is full and reasonably flat without being too weighted in the low, middle or high frequencies. This makes my recordings much easier to work with in post-processing and I am incredibly happy with the results I am getting. For voice-over and podcasts this microphone serves equally well by giving spoken voice a smooth, rich, mid-low depth and a crisp high-end without sounding harsh or tinny.A couple of things to take note of if you are considering this microphone:1. It will not work without 48V phantom power. This is to be expected for all similar XLR condenser microphones.2. Be careful if you plan on using this microphone with a cheap or low quality desk-mounted boom arm as the microphone itself isn't light.Overall the microphone is well-built, comes with a great travel/storage case and provides superb recording quality that far surpasses the £49.99 that I paid for it here on Amazon.

Excellent mic, value for money
I got this mic because I wanted to improve the quality of my home recordings and I am really pleased with it. It's cheap, but excellent value for money because it works great. Other 'budget' condenser mics can cost twice, or three times as much but I can't imagine how they could perform three times better. The only thing I will say is, look after it. It's well-made and the housing is solid, but the inner workings are very fragile and if dropped it will break. I was careless with it, but I also managed to fix it really easily, so that's a plus point, too. It's a heavy microphone, so only use it with a very sturdy, weighted mic-stand. And it comes with a padded travel case, so store it when not in use and you'll get a lot of value from this!
