Starfrit034723-002-0000 The Rock 11-inch Deep Diamond Fry Pan, Black

Only thing I don’t like is that the handle gets hot.

I bought this deep Starfrit The Rock pan for my husband and he just loves it!! Super easy to clean too.

I love how easy my old Rock pan is to clean, however, the bottom is not the same nice material as the outside of the pan and is the same thickness as the sidewalls. Someone in my house managed to warp the pan and it has never come clean like the sides and interior. I decided to upgrade to the Diamond because in the video the pans shown have a thick, stainless disk on the bottom. This pan does not. The bottom is similar to my old pan. So disappointed.

I knew I would love this pan more than the set I already have of Starfrit, this holds more, cooks much more even, can go in the oven. It also cleans very easily; the one thing is it is a little heavy, but I still love the pan & cover. I love this line it lasts and lasts and stays looking nice for your monies.

At Starfrit website same number diamond frypan has thick stainless disk on the bottom, this pan does not have. Also, my old starfrit pan handle does not get hot, this one gets really hot! Very disappointed!
