Building a garage on a slab and these worked great to anchor the walls down.

They can even be removed and put back in! The best concrete anchors ever.

4 stars because not sized to spec. I bought this because it said 1/2" and when I buy 1/2" fastening hardware I expect it to fit 1/2" holes. I had half inch thick plate steel specially punched with half inch holes. When I tried to insert this 1/2" bolt, they would not fit. I initially thought the steel fabricator used the wrong size die in the punch so I grabbed a 1/2" drill bit. It went through the holes with no hesitation. I ended up having to buy a drill bit one size larger and then bore out all the holes in my plate. I didn't want to grind off some of the bolt threads or force it through the steel as they would be needed in the concrete holes bored to the size required. Once I did this the bolts worked great. I used an impact gun to put them in and all went in perfectly with a good bit of resistance as you would want and held great.

These things work well. I used them to hold up a retractable garden hose, and there is nothing else like them. Drill the hole, put a 19 mil or 3/4” socket on them and drive them in. I would highly recommend these as a method of fastening for industrial needs to the DIY’er.
