I was looking for a heat cap to do my deep conditioning. I hated using my hooded dryer to accomplish this so I was in search of something easier to use. I went on Amazon and search for caps to use and I choose this one. I used it for the first time right after I received it and I must say it was worth the purchase. It is similar to using a hooded dryer without all the mechanics. It does an extremely exceptional job of deep conditioning my hair. It uses the microwave to achieve it’s heat and its last for about min 30 which is all I need. The one good thing is that it’s not very hot to the touch when removing from microwave but you feel the heat on your head.I’m glad I made this purchase and will be recommending this cap to all my friends and family.

I had no issues with mine in the microwave. And it stays warm a decent amount of time. I’m happy with it!

Love this cap. A great way to deep condition my hair while still being mobile and not being stuck under my hoded dryer. The only downside is that it only stays hot for about 10 or 15 minutes

I love me new deep conditioning cap. It makes my weekly wash day so much easier. Love it!

It’s nice but it doesn’t stay as warm as it says it will. I typically have to reheat it after 10 minutes. Make sure your hair is near the brims of the cap (not at the top like under a dryer). It’s not a bad purchase, but for Afro-American natural hair, I’d like use something more effective. My hair is warm when I take it off but again, that’s after 2 separate heating sessions and for 90 sec instead of the recommended time.

It totally works for me , holds heat longer .
