Probably not (all) of my highlights today but I will try to post most of it lol.

This is probably my favorite Bill Johnson book. It is such a mine of gold nuggets and yumminess to my spirit. It goes deep into the heart of God and tells about who Jesus really is, what he wants for your life and plan of redemption. It talks a lot of specifics about God's character and personality in a way Bill does so well explaining Jesus and dissecting old biblical narratives we've all memorized and known for years, and turning them into life again and applying meaning to the "bible story" and purpose in Gods plan. Be careful though! If you are religious or not spiritually minded this book will offend you! To think God both has opinions and is still alive today, healing, pouring out his spirit and performing miracles confounds the natural or religious mind and unleashes freedom :) This would be a great book if you really are trying to have a personal walk with Jesus and want a foundation or basic teaching on who he is and what that looks like. I would recommend this book to anyone newly born again to old in their walk. Such a good read. Keep killing the lie of religion and separation Bill, keep demolishing strongholds that the spirits not alive today. Be blessed.

I have been blessed to be in the presence of, Bill Johnson, and had been told about this book. These were my reasonings for purchasing this book. It was truly a blessing to me and I will go back and reread it again, it's that good.Also realized in reading this book that I had been with the,Lord, face to face on many occassions. Talking or seeing someone is not always tangible. Bill Johnson, points out in this book Face to Face with God, that Moses did not see the Lord face to face at the burning bush are on the mountain if you read the scriptures. Yet, the Word of God says that he was the only person to speak with God face to face. To experience God's face is to experience His Presence.If you are searching, hungry, desiring change in your walk with the, Lord, this is a must read book. It will change the way that you look at things spiritually and in your own life. I thank,God, for this book and Bill Johnson's faithfulness to write it.

I so much loved this book. Full of insights on how to pursue a deeper intimacy with God and making His face shine on us. So many statements and examples caused me to stop and meditate, because they opened my mind to a different Kingdom perspective to possess all that God has for us under a "better covenant" than most men of God in the Bible. If experiencing more of God in and through you is what you are pursuing, this book can help so much. I just finished it and Bill is sharing here spiritual pearls I greatly value because I want to grow in the same supernatural revelation & faith He has and above all his genuine & contagious love for God and His manifest Glory. Thank you so much to Bill Johnson because all his books and resources really feel to me like an amazing spiritual mentoring!

Study of scripture with this book as a guide will bring you to the Face of God. This is a must read for any and all who seek to live in that place. Even if you are just wondering if it is possible. Can we actually seek the face of God? Bill's gentle, yet confident way of leading thru scripture shows this is truth. Bill was meant to be a teacher for such a time as this. The answer is YES! We can seek the face of God and He will shine His face on our face.

From the first page to the last, I was moved by the spirit of God, when reading this powerful book. I know this book is in accordance with the teachings of our Lord Jesus. See His words, "You will do bigger works & miracles than I have done".Bill Johnson is doing what all of us should be doing. Read/study the Bible, pray for revelation and aspire to have more of God in your everyday life! We need to step outside our comfort and test God with a sincere heart. He will answer you and talk to you face to face!!

I bought the Kindle version of the book way back in 2014, before I realised how far off the mark Johnston is in his theology. On page 108, he writes “Jesus set aside His divinity, choosing instead to live as a man completely dependent on God.”Well, yes, Jesus did become a man. He became fully man. But He was STILL fully God.

This book has been profoundly inspiring from cover to cover! The insights into God's favour and His glory and how He intends for it to impact us and our relationship with Him, and in turn lighting up the dark world around us as His glory shines out of us like Jesus have inspired me and created a hunger for more and more of Him. I'm seeking His face like never before! Since beginning to read it I've not only seen more of Him but also my children have too! You cannot read this and remain unchanged if your heart is for more of God's glory in and through your life.

Every christian who is serious about achieving intimacy with God must read this book. It's practical, challenging yet show that intimacy is not only essential but achievable. To seek anything less is not acceptable. Only thing I would say is that once you have read even one other book by him is you realise he seems to use a lot of material across his publications. Having said that there's enough in each book to make purchasing it worthwhile

Well you cannot read this book without feeling greatly challenged and yourself feeling as though you are in His presence as you read. The God given wisdom of Bill Johnson once again reflected in his writing. Thank you.

This was the first of Bills books that I read 2 years ago. It reignited a hunger for God in me that had been doused with disappointment and wrong teaching. It gave me permission to dream again and believe that encounters with Jesus aren't just for the elite few but for whosoever will seek His Face and pursue the supreme quest of knowing Him. Thanks Bill.
