will you be able to hear the turbo with this, or need to buy the full intake system?

If you remove the part of the air box that is in the fender you can hear the turbo and blow off valve, it just unsnaps. Remove the plastic wheel well and tire to gain access

Best way to clean tlhe filter?

Best way- thoroughly wash and scrub, let dry, then re-oil with the oil kit. Easiest- wipe/blow off debris, re-insert into car.

Does this fit a 2014 Cruze? Amazon says it doesn't but I've seen other places that says it does and it seems to fit all the other models.

it fit my 2013 cruze and it runs great better than before

This seems like it would work with the 2018 cruze lt being the same size as the prior models, anyone use it on the second gen cruze?

Becareful using these on chevy products. We had a 2012 Cruze and they threatened to void our engine warranty because we had one of these in there. They work great but just make sure before installing
