Great ramen.
Yummy! Best instant ramen I’ve tried. The reason we like it is they don’t fry the noodles to be in that square shape we see with so many other brands. It’s not overly salty, which is great because I tend to retain water when I eat salty foods. I just wish they gave more in the veggie packets.

Yummy!
I like this as an alternative to the old fashioned top ramen. This is yummy, quick and easy to make. You have to make sure that you have a hot boiling water that you put in there and leave the lid on for more than 3 minutes. Otherwise, the noodles won't be as soft. Overall, it's good, but I wish that the price was a little lower.

Flavor is bland
The flavor is bland but I'm not too disappointed after adding flavor to my taste. I would advise to add less water than they say for best results. I added some Vegan chicken flavor bouillon to it and then it was fine. Other than low on flavor for the ramen, I liked the noodles and dehydrated veggies in it that come back quickly when cooked for 3 minutes. It's not easy to find organic ramen, so I'm not too disappointed in this product. It was easy to flavor it up myself.

My Husband's Favorite Ramen Without Bad Ingredients!!!!
Important things to know about my husband:1) He is an extremely picky eater- worse than a toddler!2) He is obsessed with junky ramen (you know the ones you see in the supermarket or stacked up in a college dorm)3) He does not like to change when he is set on somethingNow that you know my husband, let me tell you how this ramen has affected him :) I came upon Annie Chun's when I was in Whole Foods once, and I liked that they used MUCH healthier, less processed ingredients while still making delicious packaged foods. I bought this ramen on a whim to see if my husband would be willing to change to eating a healthier ramen with less sodium and healthier ingredients.Initially, he said he was not interested, so I heated it up and served it to him anyway :) He agreed to take one bite....then gobbled the entire bowl up, even slurping up the broth! He now says it is his favorite ramen and he doesn't even want the junky brands anymore! He says he will only eat Annie Chun's ramen now LOL!We even have this on auto-ship because he eats it so much, lol. Now, I will not sit here and say the sodium is great or that it's the healthiest thing in the world, but, hey, compared with the junky ramen's ginormous paragraph of half un-pronouncable ingredients, I'm happy that he made the switch to this brand! :)How does he describe the flavor of Annie Chun's ramen? He says it is spicy and has a richer flavor and does not taste as salty as his usual brands. He says it tastes homemade, like it was slow-cooked all day! He especially loves eating it for lunch, since he says it's the perfect amount at lunch, but too small for a dinner portion.I highly recommend you purchase this ramen if you want to make a healthier switch! :)

Expensive
I notice on Amazon that the greed is crazily real. It’s like the price gets higher the more you buy an item. I liked the Korean spicy miso noodles most. When I started buting them they were around $16-18 for 6. That’s a great deal. Now when I tried to buy them it showed as $27???! Never again. They have a great taste, but not that good for that type of money.

Healthy and tastes good
It's worth a little more money for something so much healthier and tastes so good.

Too Much Plastic! Too little flavor. Bowl unstable!
I really wanted to like this product, but I was dismayed at the amount of plastic and packaging.Sure, the cute plastic bowls says "I'm recyclable" - but informed folks know that only a very small percentage of plastics ever get recycled. Simply not cost effective.Annie Chun needs to adopt the easily-disposable and biodegradable paper cup like many others useI found the taste to be pretty blah. Watery, not much body."Mike's Mighty Good" is less expensive, tastier, organic, and has much less packaging.I won't buy again.Updated -The cute little plastic bowl is very unstable and top-heavy. It is entirely too easy to tip and spill - dumping your (hot) lunch all over your lap.Don't ask me how I know this.
