Does this come with the striker 4 fishfinder?

Yes... I bought a second one to move the striker to another boat. Now I have one striker that I use between two boats

What wire is what? Im guessing that the red and black is the power, how is the data wired up?

I’m using one of the small Garmin units, it only required power lines. Red positive black negative.
