Induction Adapter, Induction Hob Converter Disc, Heat Diffusion Plate, with Separable Handle and Base (24 cm)

Great , it works use it under pots on stove that are not usuable on induction , wish id had earlier i gave away all my hob cookware an brought new !But i brought a sear an cook slow cooker an couldn’t use the pot on my induction hob did some reading on internet an found these difusers on line glad i did it works great. They do discolour when using them and handles an base get hot have to use oven glove with it. Happy with the purchase .

I can now use my old pans on my new induction hob. The heat isn't as instantly controllable whilst using it.

I LOVE this diffuser (14cms - 5.5 inches). Used it on my induction hob on the smallest ring (17cms - 6.5 inches dia.) and it worked a treat. I haven’t been able to use my smallest saucepan (12.5cms -5 inches dia. at the base) as it wouldn’t heat up on that ring. Can’t see that there’s much to clean as have only used it a few times so far. I’ve been looking at diffusers for a couple of months now and was worried it would be too small but it’s great and I’m not getting paid for saying this :). Great that it’s got a removable handle too. It works for me and wish I bought it sooner.

After the first usage the plate became rusty brown and blue (at the bottom). I used maybe 20 times in total and suddenly the two layers detached. It takes very long time to cook because just a very small part is in contact with the hub. No matter the pan, the weight you put over. I think the seller should send me another one stainless steel. I followed all the procedures on the plate. Cleaning just with water and dry. Please I hope to receive a reply soon. Thank youP.S.: the plate was used only on a very clean no-oily hob surface as well as no oil and no other foods or liquids were put or fell on the plate.

It does what it supposed to do. Heats up well and gets *really hot and easily heats up non magnetic pots/pans (only used on medium heat not high)The reason I've not pushed it to high heat is because it gets super hot and so does the glass top. I know my induction hob gets hot with normal use, but with this plates it gets very very hot. Concerning hot.I bought the plate for heating my waffle iron and sandwich iron (and pressure cooker). All are aluminium and used on stove top or direct fire but will not work on induction hob hence buying this plate.Other than the alarming heat on the induction hob it also leaves a horrible white residue on the black glass stove. None of my cast irons or other steel pots do this to the induction hob. Just this plate. The hob glass looks like it is stained and does not wash away immediately. Taken a few weeks to get the glass back to black.Having said all this the plate does what it is supposed to. I guess I'm not willing to chance my induction glass breaking or staining permanently so I don't use the plate anymore and it is just collecting dust.Instead I decided to buy a single hotplate for my two irons as well as pressure cooker, should have done that first.

Does as it's suppose to. The handle function is very useful to handle the hot plate. Works on my induction stove.Only comment is it easily stains and experience discolouration with a few uses.

Purchased to enable preparing coffee in Italian style coffee pot maker on induction and it works a treat.Warms up quickly. You just need to be extra careful, as the plate does get very hot, all of it, not only the area pot is covering. Make sure to remove the plate of the heat source immediately after use and keep away from children and animals until fully cold. I have a very curious cat myself, so I know exactly what am talking about :-)Highly recommended product!
