Inspirational and creative for healing
I am not giving it a 5 star review only because for an Art Therapy book, it has way too few images and that is very disappointing (the kindle edition).

Good
This is a very worthwhile book for art therapists and for people who simply want to get creative and relax. It includes exercises from different areas. Each task provides a list of required materials and an estimated time needed to complete it. Everything is explained clearly, understandably, and concisely.

Good for art teachers as well
Iโm a watercolor teacher and while I am not a therapist I think some of these activities (especially the lighter ones about mindfulness and self awareness) are great inspiration to add depth to painting classes. Full of wonderful prompts!
