I don't review products regularly but this has been life changing. Im in my 40s, have a Mirena coil and began (having never had PMT in my life) suffering terrible mood swings, more than once a month. Found this by googling, i now take 1 and an evening primrose oil pill once a day. Mood settled after about 3 weeks, ive been on it for over a year now and it makes peri-menopausal me just about bearable 🤞

I started taking Vitex and within 3 days I got my missing period. However I can’t provide a long term review, as I stopped taking it on the advice from my Fertility Nurse.

I had to take six of these for it to have even the slightest effect. Maybe then even a placebo. Don't waste your money. It's packed out with bulking agents.

Really good product for dealing with severe PMS symptoms, this has worked for me & helped ease my moods. I will be purchasing again.I think it’s worth it for the price & better this than me opting the route of anti-depressants.I take this along with vit.B6.

I got this to use on conjunction with magnesium (containing b6 and b12) because every month a couple of days before ovulation and again before my period, I because an emotional wreck that cried at everything and/or wanted to hurt people.Happy to report I no longer have homicidal thoughts, and I didn't cry at all this month! Happy, as I was desperate, but didn't want to take anti-anxiety/depression medication.

Ho iniziato a prendere l'agnocasto un annetto fa, a causa di una sindrome premestruale particolarmente intensa che finiva per condizionarmi seriamente la vita quotidiana.
