I have a gray clip attached to my belt (Nathan Human Propulsion Laboratories). Is this suppose to be attached. If so, what is the purpose?

For all those who can't determine what the gray plastic square, it seems to me that it has no functional use. I was able to remove it by using a razor and cuting the thread that holds the square and then sliding it to detach it. I can't fathom why it's there in the first place and make it easier to detach it.

Has anyone figured out what the bungee cord thing is for??

I think it is there if you need to take off a layer. You loop it through there and bungee it so you don't lose it when you continue running.

Will it fit the iPhone 6 (not the plus)?

As others have written, it will fit it. HOWEVER, the phone will sit on your left hip. When you crank down on the straps (which you do to eliminate bouncing) it will put a lot of stress on your phone as it tries to bend it around your waist. To really use it for a phone you need to shift the water bottle to your right hip so the phone is in the small of your back. Not ideal.

What are the max and min comfortable waist sizes for this item? It says "one size" but that doesn't tell me whether the one size will fit me.

The adjustable belt is big enough to easily fit a waist of 40" or more. My waist is 32" and the extra belt rolls up nicely and stays in place with the help of Velcro.
