Great for hot flashes!
I still have periods of hot flashes and these really help! I like natural solutions and these are my choice over synthetic or prescription choices.I have tried several supplements, these work for me.I do not know why black cohosh now has a warning about blood tests or liver or whatever some have warnings for? Maybe for people who take huge doses? I only take as needed, to make hot flashes less strong for a few weeks at a time, mostly in hot weather too. 🤷🏻♀️
