Top notch customer service
EDIT: XY-WQ reached out and offered an out-of-warranty replacement. Revising score to reflect their willingness to resolve my issue. I unfortunately have not had a chance to test it out due to cooling weather, but I will update my review in the future if any issues pop up. We enjoyed having it this summer and look forward to using it next year. Original review below: Really enjoyed the thermometer for the first 40 days of use. Provided accurate temperature readings, looked fun in the pool, and was a good value. Then the working portion of the thermometer came unglued from the digits board. Didnโt expect a lifetime product at this price but was hoping itโd work for at least a couple seasons.

Could have been better designed.
Cute flamingo, but it lays flat, with the thermometer along the top of the water. There should be a small weight at the bottom to keep it upright in the water, not face down. The string that came with it didnโt do anything but float on the water as well.

Temperature sensor came unglued inside tube..
Lasted less than two months and the temperature sensor came unglued from the reading scale. Updated to add - seller reached out and offered a full refund for the product. The fact that they read and respond to customer reviews and stand behind their products leads me to believe the quality of the item I received is not the norm!

broken after 1 week
It did not last long. After a week, the red tube inside moves freely.

Not the best
This took forever to come, and is not the greatest quality. It doesn't actually float properly, so the flamingo is always on it's side. It also faded to almost white within about a month and our pool is only in the sun for about 2 hours of the day. Cheap.
