Kitty Mansions Denver Cat Tree, Beige

Over the years my thinking on cat trees has changed. I used to buy the high-end solid wood trees, but my mother gave us this tree as a gift several years ago. It is not covered with carpet but soft acrylic fur. To my surprise, this tree held up well for several years. I realized I would rather buy them a new one every few years, as ALL cat trees get ratty, even the high priced ones, when the sisal and covering wears out. They SO love this configuration with the three cushy beds at the top. They are on this tree 90% of the day! The cave has solid walls, which some trees on amazon do not. I really think this tree is a terrific value--and it does remain structurally sound after several years, so even then you may not need to replace it.

This cat tree was purchased to replace a smaller one that my cats broke. I have 4 cats, 3 of which are 15+ pounds. We put this cat tree in my office and they all love climbing up it, scratching at the ropes and sleeping on the top platforms. It has held up to over a year of cat destruction, and it is such great condition that we are looking at buying another tree of this brand for our one living room.The material is very soft and the ropes are very coarse and fun to claw. None of the cats have problem accessing the platforms. They jump, climb, and sort of 'hop' up and down several times a day. The height is wonderful because it allows the kitties to have a good view of everything and get some peace from the children. The cat house is a bit small for my large furbabies, but our one smaller cat loves it.

I wasn't sure about this at first, but after purchasing and assembling I so glad I bought it. My cat loves it. It took a few weeks until she understood it was hers, but since that time she spends quite a bit of time on this thing. I had our local shelter director over and she took a look at it and was really impressed, and couldn't believe the low cost compared to the ones that she had purchased for the cat room in her shelter. My husband took one look at it and said: "I'm guessing you paid about $450 for it?". He was so surprised when he found out what the price was.

The true test to the condo is my daughter's 5 cats. With a little encouragement from cat nip 4 out of 5 have tried it out. The shy bashful one still prefers the one that she has always had. All of the other cats love it.

My cats are so happy. The fattest one uses the pouch and idk how he fits! He's 22 pounds! The tiniest one sleeps on top like a Queen and slaps her brothers off when she's moody. Definitely a great purchase. Fast shipping too for 79 lb box. UPS guy wasn't thrilled to carry it up my long driveway though.

There was a small tear in the basket, but I don't care and neither do my kitties. It is huge and fabulous and soft and my cats love it! Great purchase for the price!

My three cats love it. It lets them get away from the dogs. It was very easy to assemble. Color is great.
