Denman Tangle Tamer Gentle for Gentle Wet & Dry Detangling for Fine to Medium Hair, Pink D93M

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the brush. My granddaughter is very tender headed and the brush doesn’t scrape your scalp and it goes right through your tangles wet or dry. And we both have very long straight hair. And the hair that gets in the brush comes right out with one or two pulls. I’ve used Denman brushes for 45 years but never one like this I wish I knew about it sooner it’s the best brush I ever used.

This brush was recommended to me because I was losing my hair at an alarming rate due to a health issue. When I got it I was sure there was no way it was going to help. But to my surprise my hair loss slowed. I'm doing other things to mitigate the hair loss, but this has seemed to help.

I took a chance on this after reading reviews, and what it received was definitely not worth the money. It was very low quality. Would even venture to say fake. The bristles would not stand up to any hair of any thickness or length. Thank God for returns

As someone who often finds rat's nests in my hair... this brush is a lifesaver. It gently detangles hair, without getting caught up in it.

I have wavy curly hair. This brush goes thru my hair easily. Doesn’t seem to break my hair like other brushes.

It depends on the hair type! I have a daughter in dance and carpool with one of her friends. I have to get those perfect dance buns for both girls. This brush works very differently for each girl.My daughter has curly hair almost to her butt. This brush does nothing for her hair. It takes me three times as long as other wet brush models. When you are dealing with so much hair this brush is pretty useless. It would be a one star based on my daughters hair.However, her friend has short, straight, and thin hair. This brush works perfectly on her. She had very few tangles but it does help smooth her hair down. It really depends on your hair. The bristles are very thin and flimsy. If you have knotty hair I would keep looking. The colors are very appealing to young girls. It is also comfortable to hold. I think it is overpriced for the quality. I took one star away because of the price. One star because it only works on some hair types. The last star I took because it takes longer to brush your hair than most other brushes. I am not a big fan.

This hair brush is specifically designed to be used on wet or damp hair. If you use it on dry hair, you'll probably be somewhat disappointed. If you use it with a hot hair dryer, you'll probably damage it. It's designed with a very specific purpose in mind.My 9 year old daughter has very fine hair, and it tangles horribly when we wash it. A few years ago, my hair stylist told me about the Wet Brush, which is similar to this Denman Tangle Tamer. The Wet Brush works much better than a typical brush, and I really didn't think that this Denman brush could top it.I rarely admit to being wrong, just ask my husband. But...I was wrong. The Denman Tangle Tamer actually works significantly better than the Wet Brush brand that we've been using for the last few years. At first glance, the two brands of brushes look very similar. But a closer look showed me than the Denman brush has a second set of bristles, which come about half way up. I'm not sure if those extra bristles are what makes the difference, but it only took me half the time to brush the tangles out of her freshly washed hair this morning. I typically spray her hair lightly with a detangler product, and I even skipped that step to see if this brush would work without it. Most importantly, my daughter didn't complain a single time while I brushed out multiple tangles.So, I suppose I'm a convert to the Denman brand, even though it's quite a bit more expensive than the brand of tangle brush we previously used. Not having to hear my daughter say "ouch, ow, please stop that" after every bath is worth the extra cost.

Excellent buy, have struggled to find a brush my young daughter is happy to have her hair brushed with.This doesn’t ‘hurt’ and brushes through the tangles of her very fine but medium thick curls (age 3).Mornings are now less of a challenge! Very pleased and recommend for sure.The lovely bright pink colour also scores extra points in my daughters book!

I've always been a fan of Denman brushes and this is no different. It's great. Now I have ridiculous hair, it's both frizzy and fine. It knots easily. But this brush is great. It's gentle and works. No tangles, no pulling and no pain.

Great brush, detangles and doesnt pull your hair or hurt your scalp. But only really good with fine hair. My sister has thick hair and she tried it and it wouldnt go through hers.

My daughter hates getting her hair brushes and she doesn’t mind this brush at all. Well worth the money
