FINALLY! What I've been searching for
I have a 3 ring binder with documents in sheet protectors inside. None of the other tab dividers I'd found would stick out far enough to show past the sheet protectors. THESE DO! Some much easier to search thorough the tabbed categories now.

Easy to view!
These dividers are the only kind I ever buy because they are the only ones that you can see when a binder is closed if you use sheet protectors! I’ve made work procedure binders and recipe books with these but I use sheet protectors for long lasting durability!

Colors are helpful
This set comes with 8 different colors, and pre-perforated tabs that fit perfectly into the divider tabs. The tabs themselves are extra large, and they're cut in a way that makes it easier to slide the labels in. Also, the labels can be fed into your printer and labeled, which is helpful if you're trying to put together something official-looking.The dividers are extra wide, which is nice for sitting inside a binder because the tabs stick out a little bit beyond the edge of the binder--so you can quickly and easily flip right to the section you want. The shape and size is mostly why I gave it 4 stars.The margin with the holes is slightly reinforced on one side with a clear film, but the divider material itself is a little thin. It actually arrived slightly crumpled on one corner (shown in picture), so that's a bummer, and it somewhat reduces the usefulness of the product.

Needed dividers that would stick out past sheet protectors. This product definitely fits the bill! Good quality.

Tabs project beyond plastic sleeve protectors
It is very difficult to find tabs that project beyond things that project beyond plastic sleeve protectors. These work. These are often on my re-order list.
