Customer service was surprisingly good for some basic questions after purchase. I would buy Cosmo product again for sure. ### ⭐ Same exact defects on replacement *by A***E on March 27, 2025* This is the second time on this product and it has same exact defects as the first that I received last week that I sent back. Control panel is not totally snapped on and hangs, a ding on frame as you open door, and unit turns on automatically when closed and doesn’t turn off. Wondering if a third time should be a charm with this. The manufacturer pointed the finger to Amazon and said that everything was good before it was shipped out. SMH!!!
