I would say it is excellent condition tho it had a few dings on each side and fingerprints that I cannot get off the screen at all (which doesn't hurt it's function) and the random sticker from the last owner had for the collage they went to on the keyboard being left. This was a great guy. It works as should. It's my first MacBook. I will say the battery doesn't last long if I just close the laptop without turning it off, but it lasts a good 6 or so hours while I'm working on it depending on what I'm doing I would recommend as everything works as it should.

I bought this computer last week. I was happily surprised when it arrived the next day (early). When I took it out of the box, it looked perfect. That is where the good things ended. The battery was not fully charged, but that was ok. I plugged it in, but it did not charge while I was working on it. When I removed the charger, the battery icon said that the charger was still plugged in (it was not). I tried charging while the laptop was closed. No dice. The battery charging icon never went away, no matter if the charging cord was plugged in or not. Then one time I went to open the screen, and the entire screen was filled with horizontal lines. Mind you, I had only had the laptop for two days and had been on it for an extremely minimal amount of time. I immediately contacted the seller, Who I assumed was Amazon, but it turned out it was a third-party seller. The seller told me that I should take the computer to a computer repair shop and have it assessed and then send them the report. I informed the seller that by live in a rural area and an extremely far away from any type of shop like that. In addition to that, the seller wanted me to take pictures of every angle of the computer and send them to her. I then requested to just have a replacement computer sent to me since I just received this last week. The seller informed me that they do not do this, and told me that I could return the computer for a refund, but I would have to again send them pictures. I’m extremely frustrated by this entirely process. I received a defective product and the seller should step up and try to make it right instead of putting all of the burden on me. I would definitely not recommend to anyone and would NEVER, EVER buy from this seller.

I received my MacBook today and I can say I’m highly satisfied with my purchase pricing was great. I got it for my phlebotomy classes. MacBook came in excellent condition not a flaw in sight looks like I got it straight from the Apple Store it also came fully charged with charging equipment. I haven’t used it yet but will come back with an update later in the week. Go get you one NOW!!!

My first MacBook Air! So excited for this! Not a bad one for the money I didn’t want to spend 2,000 for my first one so I was looking at the refurbished ones and I saw a lot of good reviews some were iffy but I new this was the one! Has a little scratch on the apple sign and some rough edges on the top but other than that it’s perfect I just fully charged it so we will see how long the charge last but it’s amazing to have my first MacBook and not be 2,000! It’s a big win honestly besides the scratches Update: I had to update the MacBook and I charged it too 100% when it was updating it dropped down to 70% so the battery life isn’t that great but still for the price it’s not that bad.

Only had this computer for 4 months before it crashed and wouldn’t let me login or reset it. Went to geek squad paid $200 and they couldn’t fix it and told me all the serial numbers were removed. They said I could try the apple store but no guarantee they could help. Contacted the seller, refused to assist due to not within 90 day return policy. So now I have a Mac I can’t use and out $200. Do not purchase refurbished items on Amazon 0/10 woukd not recommend.

I’m so excited I got my package!!! It came on time charger and everything. there were no scratches or dance and she’s perfectly shiny and sparkly and I can’t wait to open her up and get started. I was really skeptical because of the reviews, but I went ahead and did it anyways I got mine in excellent condition.
