Great, Sharp, Well packaged Knife
Can't say enough about my first impressions. The knife was certainly sharp, but came with a sheaf in a very nice box with magnetic lid. The manual was complete and easy to read (unlike many). The doc covered everything you need to know including how to sharpen the knife. It also came with a dust-free cloth for wiping the knife off.All of the cautions were covered about use and care which is nice.The handle was comfortable and very well made.Considering the listed price, I am very happy. If the knife only lasts a couple years, it is worth the cost.

Great value
I am very particular about cooking knifes and at the same time I can't really afford to spend a ton of money on one. This has been a great purchase. Is nice and sharp and has held up well. I have had to sharpen it but just once.

This is a long chef’s knife with a wooden handle. The total length of the knife is 14”, with the sharpened portion of the blade 8.25”. The knife has a contoured wooden handle. It comes with a full wooden sheath and is packaged in a box suitable for gifting. The Eagshark logo appears printed on one side of the blade.I like the way this knife cuts—it’s very sharp. The knife is also comfortable in my hand. It has enough heft to cut through tough items like winter squash, enough length to cut through large items like watermelons. The wooden sheath is a very useful accessory, protecting the knife if you have to keep it in a drawer or for travel. Overall, this knife is well made and easy to cut with.
