Source Naturals Serene Science L-Theanine with Magnesium and GABA - 120 Tablets

I like most have some stress and along with it comes random but steady sleep disturbances. Tried L- Tryptophan, Melatonin, Tylenol PM, warm milk, and a host of other things over time. Not much luck sadly. But thats just me. Tried this to add to my barrage of attempts. Pretty powerful to say the least. Yes the pills are big but they snap in half with ease. I did half the dose- so 1 pill at first to see. I couldn't believe how I felt. I mean again- THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE ONLY and maybe Im deficient in Taurine or whatever else thats in it or who knows what else as I havent been eating much anyways to get proper nutrients and aminos so that could be it- perhaps its the ingredients combined? Who knows…but I was actually sorta stoned within an hour of taking it. I sat laughing at the dumbest videos for 2 hours. I felt like a kid. I was yawning by 1.5 hrs and almost crashing but in a good way. I woke up 5 hrs later amazed I had actually fallen into a solid sleep phase. Im normally up every couple of hrs because my brains on overtime. I thought - wow I didnt even take a full dose! It was still early morning so I decided to take another half of one. Quick snap and swallow. The half a pill size is perfect. Within another half hour- off to la la land yet again. It sorta reminded me of when I used to take prescription Ambian. Id highly suggest it to be taken at bed time or at a time your able to rest. Im not groggy at all the next day. But I am a weird calm. I can honestly say its a strange soothing washing over me that I feel. Like staring out at the ocean. Serene. Wholeness. Thats pretty amazing considering its all natural. I think I will order a few bottles to keep on hand to stock up. I have suggested this to a few friends already. If you feel like your going to explode or implode from your life and struggle to relax- you should really try this formula. Id recommend half dosing till you know how itll affect you, and certainly dont plan on doing many activities lol. Dont drive on this. Read the warnings if you take Lithium. Which I dont. I did try other “herbal” smokes prior to this that also did not work- but I would not mix anything with this. Its a very powerful concoction. Atleast for me. I simply love its affects. Relaxation and sleep have been given back to me and Im grateful! Ill probably throw out half the older bottles of stuff Ive tried that did not work now. You have nothing to lose. Its cost is great especially when its on sale to. I hope everyone has the same results I do! I was taking Gaba by itself prior and it didnt even compare to this. Plus your oddly quiet and calm inside the next day. Im not sure Ill need to take 2 pills at once. One does it for me. Maybe on the weekends Ill try 2 if I know I can monitor the next day affects. Pretty awesome stuff. You have nothing to lose in trying it as I said, for me its a great product. Works like a dream. Im curious if its affects will eventually wean down as I become tolerant. Being in Nursing I did my homework on all the ingredients and doses they used which are all in line and appropriate. I may then have to take two or cycle on and off to maintain its affectedness. Works within 15 minutes if taken at bedtime, it helps with sleeping. I take it as needed not daily. great for focusing and calm the body down completely , love this supplement

Helps with stress and anxiety. I’ve been using it for years and feel a mood difference if I miss taking it in the morning. Truly a chill pill :)

I purchased this mostly because of my insomnia and sleep issues that I had since I was a child. This product for sure helps with that. I can feel the effects about 20mins to 1 hour in. I get really relaxed, less stress, less anxiety and ready for bed. The one issue though, and this can be a me thing. It makes my poop horrible. I'm not talking smell but texture and color. When taking this (Please excuse the words in the next part) it makes my poop very muddy and black. When I stopped taking it the next few days my poop returned to normal. Solely because of that I have to remove a star because I'm not sure I want to continue taking this. Its a mess lol.

This stuff is high quality and has all the right ingredients to keep me stress free during the day. It's great at balancing anxiety from day to day stressors and especially pairs well with caffeine in my opinion! I take one pill morning and one I. The afternoon. I use this one during the day and the other version, Theanine serene with relora at bed because that one made me a bit sleepy during the day.

I love this stuff. Not only does it have all kinds of health benefits but in addition within thirty minutes of taking it my anxiety diminishes to a manageable level.

I had high hopes for this supplement as it contains Gaba, L-theanine AND Magnesium. Not sure if it's the Magnesium, but this supplement makes me lethargic or somewhat sleepy, which is OK to take at night I guess, but I bought it to help with occasional jitters or nervous tension during the day. The tablets are big, but I don't find them hard to swallow. They do help with constipation, but it wasn't its intended use.

My kids (19&17) use this to help them sleep. My son has autism and adhd and this helps get a full nights rest. He doesn’t wake up groggy the next morning either. My daughter has ADHD and also uses it when she is stressed and having a hard time sleeping. No side effects. If you have problems going to sleep it helps a lot!
